I heard from many people that the book is good. They say it is based on the Russian Revolution. We got to see part of the movie in class. But for some reason I never get to see the ending because I watched part of this moive in the second grade. Can anyone tell me the ending to the book.
A very wierd ending. But if you insist on me spoiling it for you...The book ends quite abruptly. Many years have passed, and many of the animals that you've known since te beginning of the book have long since died -- save for the pigs. The pigs invite their neighboring farmers (yes, human farmers) to Animal Farm, just to "show them around".
All the rest of the (less worthy) animals hear laughter from the farmhouse. When they see through the window, they find that Napolean, Squealer, and all the rest of the pigs are having drinks and playing cards with the humans. As they look from face to face, the animals can hardly tell who's pig, and who's human anymore...
...and that's where it ends...
