Hi! I'm so glad you guys are here. I want to know more about tobiko. What does it taste like? Is it fish? How do you use it in your cooking? Do you have any advice for me on how to cook with tobiko? I'm just so curious.

I've only tried it in sushi, and I thought it was really good. But then again, I'm not an expert on fish. My friends who are more knowledgeable about food than me said that with tobiko, you'll want to cook it for a long time and then eat it cold—if you just eat it raw or try eating it right after cooking it, the flavor will be bland and tasteless.
