Be very aware that animation is extreamly tedious I had a hard time finding just a few good animators for a 3 min fan project. There are 1440 frames per minute in animation and it would probably take years to do.

Well, it actually depends on what you have to work with. What you want, how you want it, etc. If you're going to work with Macromedia Flash, you may require a few programmers as well -- aside from editors, animators, sounds/voice artists, artists, and supervisors...

(Okay, screw the supervisors)

...but I can help you a little with programming if you want. :wink: I'm helping to create the main menu for the Balto 4 Project, so...XD
