 Post subject: SaaS Real Estate Application

The real estate market is a promising niche these days and I just started developing a startup idea for a new rental app. After all, there are no such applications yet that would help people solve real estate issues faster and easier, would be useful to everyone and bring a fairly large return. I think SaaS development is suitable for my project. What do you think?
