I want to announce that it's kinda annoying...
Well,everyday I am doing the videos activation,and I usually find a person or not 2,cause send videos allready done by other people.
As I think I never let them beeng added,once I founded that someone( I can't tel the name) sent a music video made by me ..The Balto-Here I am,but he/she changed it to Here We are..Ok I didn't let it to go..after a week..again the Balto2-Arround the World,was sent by the same person!Just change the title with The kisses of the sun..today I started doing my job,and sent a music video allready done my Silver..same music vidoe,but he/she used another hoster,he/she used YouTube I think..lol..I just want to warn to NOT do again the same thing!Or I won't allow anymore to add new vids if they will be made up personnaly by those thiefs!!!

How rude of that person Silver Deni! You should report that person to the founder of this site, or find some other way to stop that person because he/she should not take credit for YOUR work!

Or maybe they just didn't understand that they have to put their own work. Don't laugh, I've seen many people doing this with the fanarts, because they didn't understand that...

Yes, many people think it's ok to just slap their name over something, alter it slightly, and call it their own. Even a couple of my friends think it's ok to take art, alter it for a forum banner or something, and not ask the artist for permission to do so. Although, unlike many people, they actually give credit in a link or post the artist's name somewhere.

Isn't there some way the could copyright art/videos so this doesn't happen? I mean, I know it's impossible to stop them from cutting out the credits, but maybe an imbedded copyright within the film itself?

On drawings it can be done but if someone is skilled enough, which most theives I've come across aren't, they can edit them out.
Same for movie clips, but I wouldn't suggest adding a copyright to any fan videos because the video clips and the music do not belong to the person making the video.

Maybe you have an ideea about copyrights,like adding name while the viedeo plays right on a corner of the left or right our names?Like on mostly appears that DivX ..but I still don't understand why they do this?

Unfortnally somone from Balto source,has stolen from Fluke's Tribute to Balto(acani's site) that sketch of Balto,and on deviantART said "almost perfect Balto pic" I had enough ..look at this page from Balto source,where is located that stolen pic http://baltosource.timduru.org/balto-ac ... eb-18.html and that respective pis is this http://baltosource.timduru.org/affArt-l ... -st-0.html ..it's driving me crazy,the person who has stolen my music vdioes wears the same name,just only the 1st one...

I understand cause they cand do,but at least permission,I'm sure if Acanis finds out he won't be happy at all.

I'll be happy when this thief is caught,this is starting to make me angry as well.

Well lets not jump to conlusions, we don't know for sure if he/she is a theif.

Maybe I am jumping to conclusions,about this person being an art thief,but mistakes are how people learn.

Although next time before bringing this up on the forums, I think you should just e-mail Steet or one of the gallery moderators about it.

And yes I think you could put your name on a music video like that. There's probably a way to do it in WMM or Quicktime Pro.

If you think this is bad well go to AMV the web site now there is so much theft its not funny, Iv had about 50 videos stollen on that site from me and same with the songs that went with them and the songs took so long to make, hmm it took days for me to make one song sometimes more but yeah so I don't put any videos there no more but yeah DON'T STEEL!!!!

Exactly, you could have told this before; the fan arts mods are humans, they can make mistakes and stolen drawings are not always easy to find.
That's also why I have added this sentence when you click on a drawing now :



And, in case you would have sent a drawing by error, you can also delete your drawings now.
