Hello! I am the head of a large company and now we have a question about creating another software for optimizing business processes. I am advised to seek help from an outsourcing company, but I have never done this before. We have always created software ourselves. Could you briefly explain to me why outsourcing is a more efficient business decision?

Outsourcing is needed when a business needs more resources to grow. If you lack the resources to carry out certain tasks, it is wise to outsource to a professional contractor. You don't have to outsource all your implementation work. Start by identifying a function that you cannot do in-house.

flekson: - I followed your link, I looked it up, it's an interesting company. I want to create software for selling watches myself, I started to assemble on a free designer, but I can’t figure out some of the functions. I read how this company works, I would like to ask - if I use their service and send an unfinished program, they can modify it for a small fee...
