And yes, that dog may be ugly, but it's not his fault. He was born with a defect that caused him to look like that. I don't think there's a reason to say "EW!" when turning out like that wasn't his fault at all. Also, that dog's picture was posted in this category a while ago. His name was Sammy, I believe, and he died not too long ago. As for other pictures of ugly dogs...I'll find some, but I won't say "EW!" because of the way they look.

Ok, so it isn't really ugly, but the face is kind of ugly, I guess :lol:

This one isn't really ugly either, but it won an ugly contest.

About the second dog in Kari's post; His eyes have something called 'cherry-eye'. It's a medical condition, turned ugly feature. (At least to me)

Not too fond of the Chinese Crested....

Yes he is, Stary. He died in 2005 of natural causes. And, not to be rude, but I hate it when people say "EW!" whenever they see a picture of Sammy. He was a very sweet dog, despite his looks. He was loved by his family and treated as any other dog would be treated. I know he's not the most handsome dog in the world, but he doesn't deserve to be "EW!"ed at.

Meh, the first one could be classified as ugly, but not so much. It's just like that one picture I showed; it's making a weird face. :lol:

And Sammy doesn't look half-bad in that picture!

He looks like a bald dog with white eyes; quite cute, actually. :wink:

As I've stated above, he was like any other dog, even though he looked a bit different from your average dog. He acted in the same way, but everyone was afraid of him because of his looks. I think he deserved better than to be laughed at, or feared. Unfortunately, he died in 2005. :sad:
