This is a topic we have been going over down at Forever Aleu. Last Sunday I saw Balto2:WQ on the Disney chanel, and I think I have also seen it on ToonDisney. Here's the weird part. On Thuresday the origonal Balto was on CartoonNetwork, and today Balto3:WoC was on CartonNetwork. Does any body know what's going on. When did all this happen? All I know is that apperently from what I've told you, Disney owns showing rights to Balto2:WQ and CatoonNetwork owns showing right to Balto and Balto3:WoC

They can both have the rights to the films. I think Cartoon Network do have the rights to Balto 2 too, since they did show the film even before it was released in the US, exactly like they did with Balto 3.

Yeah, I know. I should of done it sooner.

Well, aperently it is both Disney and CartoonNetwork that owns the right to the movies. Still, when did Disney show an intrest in Balto? It just seems so sudden, that's all, and Disney has so many of their own films, why would they want Balto. Is it possible that they are seeing the greatness of Balto? Who knows, maybe this could be a good thing for Balto.

Well, I don't think it is recent that Disney show Balto, I'm not american but I've heard they've done that a few times already. I see that as a good thing, it seems appropriate to show it on a disney channel since it's still an american animated film, I believe it's more closer than showing some Ghibli films for example (which are edited by Disney I think...)
The good news is that the more they will show Balto, the more people will know it! We need that in every country in the world!

Disney just wants more people to pay money to the satellite companies to see ToonDisney so that they (Disney) can make more money!

Actually, I think it may be Universal that is making the most money; because Disney had to pay them for having the rights to show it...
