In my opinion, it is really worth to buy an apartment on the entrance floor. Even if you don't have enough funds for the higher floor, there are so many investment programs today, that you will definitely find your option for paying in installments. Turkey is a paradise by the sea and how cool it is to wake up in the morning and drink a cup of coffee on the terrace overlooking the sea. it guarantees the mood for the whole day. I have already chosen my apartment on the 27th floor and I can't wait to see my view from the window. he is fantastic!
And entrance floor I think should be left for shop or administration.

I had to visit Turkey several times. Twice I specifically rested with a girl on the sea in Alanya. And once I spent two weeks traveling around Turkey. watched Istanbul for many days. This is a wonderful country and I can only envy you.
