I know it's a really wierd thing to ask, but it's been on my mind for a long time. Not that I don't like him but in the words of the Green Goblin on Spider-man, "But the one thing they love more than a hero, is to see a hero fail, fall, die trying," Not that I want him to die, mind you, but there's just something about a hero getting hurt or bleeding that's appealing. At least to me (you can call me wierd if you want to, alot of other people do).

I have to agree at times. It seems, to me at least, that it makes it a little more believable. When the hero doesn't get hurt, or he wins every time he's not as believable. I had something else to say, but I just lost my thought.

Yes, definately getting back to normal. I remember when the bear stomped him into the snow, but it never seemed to follow up on weather (sp?) he was hurt or not.

Well if it makes you cry than it's all the better credit for the movie makers for making it that powerful. I wrote a fanfic about Balto's childhood and gave it to a friend and she says she reads it every night and cries every night (I'm guessing it's the part where Balto loses his dad and gets shot). but I don't know if she's really serious about the crying thing. But it would be more emotional (like maybe Jenna fawning over him or something).

One sure thing, he can't die. Except in fan fics, of course. But, I also agree that he should have a broken leg (like Jenna) or something like that sometimes.
