I think so. She seems like the kind of character that the movie should have elaborated on. We needed some time to see more of the characters thet really matter, not the pointless ones like Mel, Dipsy, and Stella. Not to mention, Wings of Change should have done something between her and Kodi, as it would have been more interesting, and a way to spice up a plot that, in my opinion, was somewhat stale.

maby i think stella needed less screen time and dusty needed more

I think that if there ever is a balto 4 Dusty should deffinently be a big character. her appearance also made me think she sorta looks like Alue.

anything to replace Stella. i hated her, and i think that she hogged the screen way too much. Dusty was a more intersting character, and deserved to have a bigger role.

I agree...Stella shouldn't of been put in at all to give the other characters more screen time like Dusty to get to know her more.

No, not really, she would have been better than stella(yuk, I hate stella) but not as a main character, possibly to help kodi and be closer to him than the other two but she and kodi getting together is going way to deep for the story, possibly they could get together in a B4!

Dusty was a interesting character but I think they gave her a big enough part. (Though I would much rather have her in more scenes then Stella.) and what is up with this Alue, and Dusty thing? I see NO resembulance.

I would have liked to see more of Dusty. She was a cool character. It would have been nice to learn more about her.
