 Post subject: Shady customer service and unreliable product

I purchased a palette in the mail and it came in with one of the shadows completely busted up in the pan, that color unusable. There was hardly any mess in the palette and the packaging was fairly clean, other than some flecks of the broken shadow here and there on the plastic film, no more than any other palette that isn't broken
