You have asked for KYC information. I uploaded some information but got no feedback on whether it was sufficient or not. Nevertheless, the account is now restricted for transfers without me having received email notice with a warning. If the information that I uploaded was not sufficient then you should have notified me with explanations on what was missing and give time to correct before restricting the account.
