That's not possible to do, because these web pages are "static". The only way to do something like that on the web is to use very complex technics or Flash.

No, I don't know flash too much, and I didn't make the forum code either; so I don't want to modify the code.

Oh... is there ANY other way to have some kind of noise that you could attatch, like you did with the Balto sound track page?

Oh yes, I completly forgot about that one. Mostly because it only works with Internet explorer, and I only use Firefox now.
So, no. You won't find any serious site that has this kind of things.
