For those of you who don't know, the U.S. just lost one of the greatest actors of all time: Don Knotts. he died last friday at the age of 81. he will be most fondly remembered as bug-eyed deputy Barney Fife of Mayberry. Those of you who saw and love the Andy Griffith show, please share your favoite Barney Fife scenes here! (like the fact that he was allowed to carry a single bullet in his pocket and had to keep his gun unloaded)

has anyone seen the incredible mr. limpet or the ghost and mr. chicken? those are 2 of the movies he starred in, and they're hilarious! (oh, and another one of my favorite barney scenes is when he buys that ww1 motorcycle!)
