Anything you believe they would appreciate. I personally love sentimental gifts. I love books. To me, it's really the thought that counts. If you don't know, just ask. I have an Amazon list that family can go off of.

How nice that you decided to choose a gift for your sister in advance. When I was living with my family, I was figuring out in a few months what to give to my parents and brother. I had to arrange a brainstorming session and notice some details because people often say what they would like as a gift.
