Why can't you put your gender with the other information (with nick, avatar, posts, joined and location). In English it's not clear. In fact many times you use "he/his" and someone answer that it's a she.

You dont have to say geneder if you dont want to say it

My english is bad cuz no English...Finnish

So the main thing is that you have to type the whole name besides using he/she mental style...

There have been a lot of gender threads, that have been locked by the Moderators, because they consider them unnecessary.

There have already been suggestions about adding the gender in the profile, but this is something which would require a MOD to work on these forums. And I prefer to have the least possible modifications in the forum code, as they tend to make them buggy and very hard to update.

I'm sorry, I didn't know lots of people asked it. (So this isn't a necessary only for me). I don't understand your second sentence (mea culpa, my English sometimes don't work, lol).

Yes, maybe this wasn't really english. Well I just wanted to say that I don't want to modify the forum code, if it's not really necessary. This can make problems, especially when you have to update it.

Well, if you're so hyped up about gender, why not just put it in your sig?

Yes, I could, but my problem is the gender of the other members.

Never mind about others. Instead of using (s)he, just use their name. It's a lot more polite and direct. Besides, if you keep saying (s)he all the time, pretty soon, people will forget who you're talking about.
