I used to have Charter Digital Cable and it aired all the time on the Pay Per View Channels (of course we didnt have to pay because we had Premium Package). Usually it was on at least once every 3 days. But we got rid of Charter when we got our OC-12 line, and then moved up to OC-48.

Surely was on on cartoon network and disney channel. And to find out when many cables have this special function where you can look at the movie time-tables. And the DVD is all over the place for cheap, in Europe not necessarily the "legal" version but something atleast. In America must be for sure.
I could say more, but all I watch on TV live usually now-adays is just the news... Got no time so no idea for current things.
