I think a real name would look more serious. But, I don't think they base their verification system (to know the real number of people which signed) on this, I think they record the IPs and compare them. And they also compare the names of the email addresses. So it doesn't really matter I suppose.

well my twin brother Alex signd useing the same computer so would that make his vold.

Maybe, I'm not sure. I think they are using statistics, to know approximately the real number.
Yeah, it would still be better with real names, but people can also use false names (people in general don't like to put their real names)
In any case, there's nothing I can do to prevent that, so...
All I know is that the more signatures there are, the more it will be taken seriously.
