This is a private RPG I am doing with Blissful Meadow on the Bambi forums.

Scene I am begining with: The lands outside of The Silver Herd. Grassy, meadowy landscape.

Young Hon Miss Zima walked quietly over the border of The Silver Herd territory.
Her ears were pressed back and her white body trembled as she looked nervously about her. The crisp morning air rush about her face and nipped at her like a wild wolf.

The listened, everything was quiet.
'I have to be very careful,' she whispered to herself.' Father told me this is a dangerous place to be.'

Herb slept softly and woke up and checked on Mena who was asleep. He smiled down at her before stepping out of the den and taking his early morning walk.

At last with a slight gasped, Zima bounded out of the safety of the Silver Wood and onto the meadow. She cleared it and ran into Bambi's forest.

Under a maple tree she stood, her long legs shaking and her eyes wide. It was the first time she had walked that meadow alone, and she had done it. Zima scanned her surroundings.

Herb felt a feeling of other awakened presence he reached the meadow and saw a young doe.

Zima could smell something near, she raised her nose to pick the full scent up. Then she heard a noise. Zima jumped and looked wildly about her, but the forest was still.
'Who is there?' She said,.

"Don't be scared, I wont hurt you." smiled Herb as he stepped out of the bushes "Hello."

Zima stepped back a few paces when she saw the buck.' H...h...hello, Sir. Are y..you......B...Bambi?'

"No, Bambi's my nephew. I'm Herb." he smiled and stepping out fully. "The prince is sleeping at the moment, though."

Zima nodded. 'It's a pleasure....to meet you, Herb.' Said Zima, softly. Her words were slightly broken because she was still a little weary. 'I am Zima, Lord Malvon's, Miss, daughter. I have come...to see the prince.'

'The young one.' She added, in case he mistook her meaning.

'Okay, He'll most likely be up now, At the meadow. Since this is the south Meadow we'd better be getting a hussle o-' He starred at some barking creatures 'man... ZIMA RUN, NOW!' he yelled pushing her over, singling her to run as he beat the dogs seeing the gun then...

Bang. The pistol went shooting at Herb...

Zima, who had run when Herb signaled. Suddenly skidded to a halt when she reach a corspe, in which she was planning to hide in. The sound of the gun made her turn her head round and cry out.' Herb!'

Herb then walked out of the meadow 'Don't worry, He missed, I attacked him and now he's unconscious. Sorry if I scared you, Lets go to the North meadow. Its going to take a while since I'm in the south of the meadow.'

Zima nodded, relieved that Herb was okay. But was it her fault that the man had come to the meadow? Did he see her, follow her and bring his dogs along? Was Herb nearly shot because of her?

She lowered her eyes and shook her white pelt uneasily. 'Okay.' She answered, quietly.

When they reached the meadow Herb found Bambi and lead Zima to him 'Well, I'm gonna do some play fighting with the other bucks! Bye!'

Zima smiled and nodded.'Thank you, so much, Herb. I am sorry if I caused any trouble. Bye!'
Then the doe turned to Bambi.
