Hi I would love to learn how to make a 2D Cartoon like TaleSpin
I also am interested in learning how to make new episodes just for myself

cause nobody else in my family is interested but only me

can you help me out with this is there any special computer software out there I can download
or use to rendering & making a cartoon like TaleSpin just for myself ?

um I use a windows 8 laptop & I want to know if I can create some computer

Erm, making new episodes for yourself?
That's a highly unrealistic thought. The animation in TaleSpin episodes cost millions to make, with hundred of people working on it.

You can write & send fanfics directly on the site.

Of course, if you have some great ideas, you can also post them on the forums and we can discuss them.

Sorry mate. The best I could do is this which I just found with a quick search for animation software on google. So I cant say its any good or user friendly. Its 49.99 (probably in US )Good luck anyway.

GIMP, Inkscape, and Paintnet are some programs you can use for free.

Stick to fanfiction and art since you might get trouble with copywriting.

Maybe just find Puffinstudios in DA and help him creating fan animations of Talespin? I know that bronies make multiple animations about their beloved ponies and aren't so restricted with the copyright. Unless you don't wanna get some money of the animation, it's OK for me to do some fan animations
