Hey guys i just wanted to know if i should post a fanfic called 'Balto's wild ride'
It will be a cross between my enthusiasm for railways and my love for dogs/ wolves
The story revolves around Balto (surprise surprise) and he is suddenly fascinated by a small tank engine that shunts around the yards. But soon Balto finds out that the railways will drive Rosy's father a bus driver out of buisness and soon finds himself stuck in an adventure with his new friend Sam the station dog. He then finds a himself tossed around in a race between the railways and the roads to beat each other at public transport.
So what do you think, should i post it?

Well since I also have a huge interests in the railroads (High five fellow railfan! ) I say go for it. It certainly would be something new that I'm sure not many people on this site would have read before.

I'd say Go For It! I've never heard a plot like this before, and it does seem exciting. Plus, its Balto related, and its encouraged that Balto characters are used.

I myself want to read this when its finished.

I've read a few Balto fanfics that have plots that aren't good, so I don't see why this fanfic shouldn't be written.

It's unrealistic on several levels, but if that doesn't bother you (and speaking strictly for myself I write some pretty unrealistic things too), then I'd say go for it.

Just go for it. If you can pull through and write a complete and engaging story, that's all that matters.
