Hello,everyone!I'm new to the site.I looked around,and there were no topics about who everybody's favorite pup of Balto is.So I made one!Which of Balto's pups is your favorite?

I like Aleu! I know everyone is going to say "how typical" because she is almost the main pup, but she is gorgeous, PLUS she has a beautiful adventurous spirit, very courageous. Yes she disobeyed her parents but that just makes the show all the more interesting

For the most part, it's difficult to say which of Balto's pups are anyone's favorites since we only know the two, Aleu and Kodi. Both of them have their flaws. Some people like one, some like the other.

As for the others ones, Dingo, Saba... all we know of them are their names. The other two, the red-faced pup, and the red Aleu twin, we don't know a thing about them, so saying that the last four should be called anyone's favorite seems kind of a waste when they can only be seen on fan images or fan art or fan fics around the site.

The last four are not even in the third film.

This question should only be for Aleu and Kodi. To add the other four to the list, again is completely pointless.

And lioness_fan, you might wanna pay closer attention to Balto 2: Wolf Quest. The only parent Aleu defies is her father, Balto. She has no reason to defy Jenna, mainly since they have hardly or absolutely NO screen time together throughout the movie.

I think this may be another one of them topics that weren't thought out well. Though it has more of a point to it than the others posted. But like Brown stated, there are really only two pups to choose from, and that would be Aleu or Kodi. The others really played no role, so you can'y really have an opinion on something that never did anything. So really, I think this topic should be about if you like Aleu or Kodi.

Well,we do know that Dingo is a rough-and-tumble pup who has an affinity for socks,and Saba is a curious daddy's girl.And as for the red faced pup and red Aleu twin,we can favor their designs.I personally think the red Aleu twin has a cool red bar on their nose,and the red- faced pup has a cool design with the red head and white muzzle.Maybe I should change the question to "which pup's design do you prefer?"

If you're talking about designs only, I'd say that I like "red Aleu's clone" the most. It has appearance traits from both of it's parents, unlike Jenna-looking Kodi, Saba and Dingo, wolfy Aleu or I-don't-even-know red faced one.

I like the "both parent trait" design in general, while I also do like Aleu's colors as well. Both colors make the design (markings, I suppose) look best to me.

Yeah,I prefer the red Aleu twin's design,too.I don't know why,I just took a liking to the muzzle blaze.

As far as design, ...I liked the Aleu clone for other reasons before reading this topic, but now that Troll mentions it... Good point. Still my favorite pup if not even more so now.

As far as how we know each character, not just the design but personality, there's not a lot to choose from. I hate Aleu's attitude through most of Wolf Quest so that just ruined her for me. Kodi's okay, but for some reason he seems to be lacking in something. I dunno what. He just doesn't thrill me as a character. ...And that's about all to choose from unless you count those few lines from the adoption scene. They've certainly changed though if you're also talking time zone since the rest of WQ and WoC take place long after when they're young adults. So who's to say what they're really like 'now'?

...I'm over thinking this. I don't really have a favorite personality wise. But I still do like the Aleu clone for mixed traits and sock hate (if I'm even thinking of the right pup... but even the animators constantly mess them up so I'm no worse).

Like what everyone else said, You can't really have an opinion on the other 4 pups. They appeared without anything to say and their personalities still remain a mystery in the second and (briefly as a flashback) third movie.

This topic is more like a Kodi and Aleu topic.

But IF there was a Balto movie that included ALL the personalities of the pups directly, then there obviously would be many opinions about them from Balto fans.

But unfortunately, we probably won't know who they really are (besides friendly puppies) or what the 4 other pups did/or will do.

We only get a brief glimpse of their lives.

It's sad, but true.

I rather enjoy the Red faced pup. But I also somewhat like Kodi.
