Well, I was thicking of some ideas for a Balto tv series. I was thinking rearanging some of the differents from the movie series like those people did in All Dogs go to Heaven. For example Charle and Shasa stayed with David as a couple and Itchy stayed in heaven. But in the tv series Charle and Shasa are friends and Itchy stayed on earth. So I was thinking Balto stayed with Jenna and Alue live in a Human home. The seting will take place at Nome, in the forest, and in the mountains. I don't know how many episodes or seasons but I'll let you think of something.

If I was put in charge, it would be another movie, rather than a TV series. However, for the sake of conversation, I would have Balto be taken in by a human, and the series would be about all the adventures he has as a member of a sled team.

I would do a series with Nikki, Kaltag and Star being the main characters with Balto, Steele etc making a cameo every so often. Series would follow their exploits around Nome and beyond

This reminds me too much of Timon&Pumbaa TV series which wasn't realy good.

I don't find any possible idea for Balto TV show interesting enough, except something about Balto's childhood.

Balto was a good movie, much like TLK, but there's not too much to do for a series.

I would probably make one on Balto's childhood - explain how he met Boris, Jenna, Rosie, Steele etc. and show how all their relationships began and then started changing as they all grew older. Just to explain some things. xD And of course I'd make sure the animation was top-notch.

That's probably where subconsciously I got the idea from - I think that it would be more interesting to focus on them as you could go right away from the historic events therefore not being limited. Short stories from around Nome would be fun

Reiterating and expanding on my idea for a fourth Balto film, I would just explain the stories of Balto and Jenna's other pups, as well as follow them into their future exploits and tell a variety of (likely unimportant) side stories.

I really think the creation of a Balto tv series is much more likely to happen than another film, plus it would be able to tell many different stories rather than just picking one or two for the film.

Let's face it, Wings of Change felt more like a tv episode anyway.

Balto is a good movie, but I don't think I have any ideas for a series.

Still, would a series for Balto even be necessary?

Though it would explain some things, I still don't think I would like the series.
Not if it's like the Balto sequels.

Fact: If a series was anything like the sequels... it wouldn't last.

I'm not sure how a Balto series would go if I were the one making it. Probably not very well. But I'd want to have something about Balto's father and a closer look at how he raised the individual pups, not just brief gloss-overs of their upbringings like we saw with Kodi and Aleu.

Still thinking rearanging the movie seires to the TV seires like the those people did to All Dogs go to Heaven seires.

-Balto living with Jenna.

-Alue live in a human home and trained as a hunting dog.

You would get the most out of this series if it were a prequel set-up, with the main Balto cast as younger versions of themselves.

You could have Balto, the namesake AND the star, so why wouldn't it be about him mostly? You'll have a young wolfdog pup Balto being new to Nome and being the audience surrogate, so that we learn about the city, historically and how things are seen by the dogs living there.

We'll have Jenna, Balto's crush of course being the prettiest husky in town, but she would provide more to the audience this time, by showing how special Rosie is to her, and go into more detail about their relationship.

Then we'll have a young cocky-as-ever Steele pup. Only he's Balto's best friend. What a twist! It would give Balto more reason for coming into town other than to just see the people and observe races. It can also show that sometimes friendships go astray, and of course we'll find out why.

Then we of course can show our young Nikki, Kaltag, and Star, and even pay some attention to Doc, give more mention to Balto's father, maybe have him come to town on a different team from a city far away. Heck, we could even show the parents' of other characters to show different story archs for them. Jenna having a loving understanding family, and Steele having a rather deadbeat dad, but him having a really close connection to his mother.

Even a younger Boris would be interesting. Heck maybe he's a risk-taker in his prime. It'd be awesome to see. Plus we wouldn't have to see Stella.

Even introduce some other new characters, like a reindeer, or a fox, or a coyote.

Much more interesting than following Balto's boring pups everywhere, since Aleu has no reason to return, and Kodi is hardly worth having a movie about let alone an entire series. And then you'd have four other stereotypes to fill in by his other pups, and you'd get practically no time with Balto himself or anyone else who caused you to like this trilogy in the first place.

A prequel series would be the best way to go.

I see a lot of people suggesting that, whether it's another movie or a whole series, that it should be a prequel.
To cover that a bit would be fine, but if the whole thing were like that I'd really see it as a waste.

A waste of what? Character development we never got in the first movie? Or a waste of a perfectly bland opportunity to see how many Daddy arches Balto can fill with his dull Jenna-children? xD
