History-Elena Gilbert was born on June 22, 1992 in Mystic Falls, Virginia, to John Gilbert and Isobel Flemming, who fled a few days after giving birth with the help of John's brother, Grayson. He and his wife Miranda Gilbert adopted the baby girl. It was easy to arrange since Grayson was a doctor and put himself and Miranda on Elena's birth certificate so as not to arouse suspicion. Elena later learned that she was a descendant of Katherine Pierce, the vampire that caused the feud between Damon and Stefan Salvatore back in 1864 and turned both men into vampires.

If you want to roleplay with the Vampire Diaries, please just state at the beginning that this is a Vampire Diaries roleplay and create your own plot within that universe. No one wants to read a long summary about all the seasons of this TV show. It just wastes space. I would recommend that, because you obviously want a members who join to know the show fairly well, please state that only people who have seen up to Season ___ should join. Also, just taking a shows plot is not good roleplaying. Creating a plot that goes beyond the show's end or plays with a "what-if" scenario would be good, but this is basically plagiarism.

(( A good example of the "what-if" plot would be JacobyShaddixLover's new Avatar roleplay; I would recommend reading over that. ))

Alright, calm down. I was just pointing out the flaws and improvements that would have made this roleplay more appealing to other members, but if you don't want to improve, that's fine with me.

No offense, but if you want to roleplay Vampire Diaries, then go to a Vampire Diaries forum. I absolutely love TVD. It's my favorite show. But... you can't just roleplay the same exact story and pass it off as your own. Where's the fun in that?
