From what I've learned searching the web, I noticed there's a cult following for our favorite Mama Bear Rebecca Cunningham in Russia. According to the Russian Wikipedia, she's a popular character in their Furry fandom. Also check out what this ruskie has done for her: seven videos of almost every frame of Becky on Talespin. How's that for Bear Love.
Cool. Maybe they have audio resources I could use if decide to try making her into M.U.G.E.N. fighter. I'd prefer English voices for a rant over Earthbound's sound effects.

I can't see the video, but I noticed that TaleSpin was kinda popular in Russia. (along with Rescue Rangers and Gadget specifically) Not as much as India though, it's pretty impressive that this country probably has the largest number of TaleSpin fans!

Probably worried that banning it may lead to trouble. But it might be because he has bigger fish to fry or he just thinks it's just a "children's tv show" and it's not important.... What ever the reason, I find it best not to question a good thing.

Yes, I have a few ideas for specials/supers/hypers. Rant (I'd rather not go into detail on this. Basically speech balloons that cause damage with audio), Mama Bear's Wrath (A combo involving punches and slashing with claws), Strawberry Jam Drop (Baloo drops strawberry jam from his plane. Either to actually help her or as a joke gone wrong,) Danger Woman (Molly shows up with a red cape, jumps on Rebecca's opponent, then delivers a few hits with a frying pan before getting off and running away).
Entrance would be her looking for/chasing after her daughter, and possible win poses could include her checking off a list of places where she could be, chasing after her as she runs off again, and maybe even actually having them reunite. Taunt might be her stomping her foot like she's in a bad mood.
Palettes might include traditional, Objection! (Phoenix Wright suit), Baloo May Cry (Rebecca wearing red like Dante from Devil May Cry), and Secret service (Black suit).
Thing is, I might try to use 3D rendering over spriting since I'm not good at that. Of course, if anyone else wants to try, they may. It might be a while before I get started for various reasons.
