Okay let me say this, in the animals section i have seen countless topics about animal cruelty, animal abuse, blah-de blah- this blah-de blah-that.. Would it be possible to somehow stop these topics, they lead nowhere and are often filled with complaints, i go to a forum to hear peoples opinions, not how much they hate animal cruelty 24/7 Now i suppose i could altogether not go on the Animal's section but I sincerely think that it'd be better off if we lightened up on them.

I can see you guys love animals, and disliking animal cruelty is the first step, but using that tiny knowledge you have, and the media that youve seen, is never going to make you sound like anything more than a raving baby. I suggest that you people who really want to help animals, to first, read more on what is happening on both sides, get more resources before you try to complain again.

Racism has also branched out from this, people are starting to dislike this culture or that culture for hurting animals. This too causes more arguments than needed.

I am not afraid to be the alone one saying this, i believe what I am saying to have credibility and if you take some time to read this, it may make alot of sense, some sense, or no sense, in the end i am just suggesting you open your minds a bit more to what is around you, not what you "want" to see around you.

Yeah i agree. I have seen way to many a topic on Animal cruelty, and lots of racism. So maybe something should be done about it.

I do agree with you on the fact that there is too many animal cruelty posts, but so far I havent seen really anyone saying they hate Asians(Except for that guy in one of the 4 cruelty topics). But anyway the fourms are here to talk about Balto, and the current issues among other things and animal cruelty is an issue so naturally people will have something to say. So long as it doesnt turn into a war.

I agree, its okay to talk about it, but it almost always turns into a complain-fest.

I also safely assume all people on this forum already hate animal cruelty, making a topic about how much you hate it, is not actually needed IMO, especially because they always start out with ranting.

I, for one, agree fully with Grhaeh. Though I don't wanna insult anybody...I too have been a little bit insulted by what people have heard from the media and brought to the forums. Grhaeh, I have never had the courage to speak out like that because so many times this has happened. Again, no offense...I cannot blame you from what little you know. I am somewhat lucky I know what I do...Had my mother married an american man, I would probally be just like all of you. And I'm trying not to insult anybody...But watching the news is just so tireing...and when you try your best to tell somebody more about one culture (or whatever you like to call it) and they have a closed mind, it is degrading...very...

And also...Just so all you guys who like to yell and scream and use the evil and mad face when you see something about animal cruelty, have you ever heard the expression; "Actions speak louder than words"? All your doing is carrying on...for no absolute reason...Like I have seen somebody say before...If you really cared...you would take action...

Besides i could not stand it anymore, have to speak out sooner or later, just happened that i felt now was the time. Oh yeah, this is also the first non fan art topic i have ever made.

Yes it is annoying when people only go "I hate animal cruelty" but when they talk about it(like we did) then it becomes a discussion. And we really dont need the racist topics, they are certain to lead to war.

My, i am suprised how many posts it has gotten at such a short time, It's also good there is no flaming or anything, why can't all our discussions be so well-mannered?

Well can you really blame them? I mean I've gotten all my info from the internet and I dont want you to say it's the media, only online. But yah some people do start fighting when they dont know the whole other side.

Okay... now this is really getting out of hand, a racism topic turned up in the toher section, antoher animal cruelty topic, and the animal skinning video got out of hand, off topic, and locked. I think it proves my poin that these topics bring messy buisiness..

Well, as I said, I don't come often in the animals section; so I guess Balto678 should try to close the few topics that got "out of hand" or the ones that are starting to make a war.
