Yah, a new topic *derp*
First off if this is in the wrong place to post this, can you Mods move it for me, please?
Alright, now for the topic of the topic: Have you guys heard any movie songs in different languages?
I've heard "Can You Feel The Love Tonight" in French (European), Italian, and German. I've also heard "Once Upon a December" in Russian, French (European), and in Norwegian, and the original Pokemon theme song in French (European), Danish, and Arabic.
You guys?

Since it's not based on one Source, I think your topic's fine right here.

-

I don't recall listening to many songs in different languages... Some time ago when I downloaded the
music of Balto from AS's BS music page, I think one of the tracks was in german or something?
I'll have to look at my files and get back to you on that. Been a while since I listened to any of it.

And just yesterday actually, I heard 'Once Upon A December' (I believe) on Tumblr sung in Russian.
...I think. I have a horrid memory, but it certainly wasn't English. It was pretty though. I liked it. 8]

I can't remember the specifics, but I've heard

"You Don't Have To Be A Hero" from Balto 3 in Japanese
"Reach For The Light" from Balto 1 in Dutch
Various Spirit songs in French, I believe.
Various Balto 2 songs in German and other European languages.

^ This was all from when I was younger and felt like exploring Youtube.

Patience, YouTube [and other video/audio sites], Drive, and the time to watch/listen to them all. xD
That and people saying "oh i liked the *insert langauge* song better" and me deciding to listen to them.
Some are just from games that I've played. [Or now for Kane Wo Narashite's case, in a movie that just came out. :v]

^ Lawl, you lost me at 'patience'. But that's still amazing. I'll have to try and check some out myself sometime. 8]

Oh my...This stuff...I mean, hearing movie songs in other languages...it is my passion! 8D No really, I love doing that x3 I mostly just listen to my favorite songs or OST's from my fave movies like that. Most of those I even know by heart and sing more often than the originals ^ ^
So, I shall let the list begin! xD

The Lion King:
Can You Feel The Love Tonight - English, French, Latin Spanish, European Spanish, Cantonese, Brazilian Portuguese, European Portuguese, Dutch, German, Polish, Norwegian, Arabic, Croatian, Finnish, Danish, Hindi, Hebrew, Hungarian, Icelandic, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Swedish, Zulu

Can You Feel The Love Tonight: Broadway Musical Version - English, Dutch, French, German, Thai

Can You Feel The Love Tonight: Elton John's version - English, Latin Spanish, European Spanish, Russian.
Though I gotta add that even if the lyrics are the very same - the extended version,- the music, however, differs in each one. Only in Latin Spanish version the music is the same as English version.

Can You Feel The Love Tonight: CD/Vocal/Additional version - English, Hebrew

Circle of Life - English, Polish, Russian

Just Can't Wait To Be King - English, Polish, Italian, Icelandic, European Spanish, Latin Spanish, Bulgarian, French, Russian, Finnish, Zulu, Hebrew, Arabic, Japanese, Norwegian, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, Hungarian, Swedish

Hakuna Matata - English, Polish, Hebrew

Morning Report - English, Polish, Hebrew

Quest for Camelot:
I haven't seen the movie yet nor do I know anything about it. I just have a tendency to hear the songs before even seeing the movie.
I Stand Alone - English, Norwegian, Hebrew

Looking Through Your Eyes - English, Norwegian, Hebrew

Roadside Romeo: All songs in Original and Portuguese (which sucks big time by the way)

The Little Mermaid:
Part Of Your World - English, French, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish

The Princess and the Frog:All songs in English and Lithuanian (Yes, in my own language. Finally a Disney movie to be dubbed in Lithuanian.)

Balto 3: All the songs in English and Russian.

The Lion King 2:
He Lives In You - English, Russian, Lithuanian (fan dub, pretty good tho)

We Are One - English, Hebrew, Russian, Bulgarian, Norwegian, Portuguese

One Of Us - English, Russian, Spanish, Hebrew

Love Will Find a Way - English, Norwegian, Cantonese, French, European Spanish, Latin Spanish

Hercules:
I Won't Say I'm In Love - English, Norwegian, Hungarian, French, Polish, Russian

Pocahontas
Colors of the Wind - English, Norwegian

Just Around The Riverbend - English, Norwegian

Hunchback of Notre Dame:
Out There - English, Hebrew

Heaven's Light - English, French, European Spanish, Latin Spanish, Hebrew, Norwegian

Hellfire - English, European Spanish, Latin Spanish, Norwegian, Hebrew

Hunchback of Notre Dame 2: All songs in English and Hebrew

Bambi 2:
There is Life - English, European Spanish, Latin Spanish, French, Icelandic, Norwegian, Hungarian, Polish

First Sign of Spring - English, Brazilian Portuguese, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, Hebrew, Hungarian, Icelandic, Italian, Latin Spanish, Norwegian, European Portuguese, Russian, European Spanish, Swedish, Polish, Croatian, German

Spirit:
Here I Am - English, Hebrew

You Can't Take Me - English, Hebrew, Icelandic, Finnish, Norwegian, Spanish

Get Off My Back - English, Hebrew

Aladdin:
Whole New World - English, French, Hungarian, Russian, Hebrew

Tarzan:
Two Worlds - English, French, Norwegian, Brazilian Portuguese

You'll be in my heart - English, French, Brazilian Portuguese

Son of man - English, Hebrew, Brazilian Portuguese, Norwegian, Icelandic

---

That's definitely not all the songs I've heard, and most of languages for these that I've also heard them in I might've forgotten, but this one is halfway accurate x33
