I was happy to see Kelsey the Zombie's Balto Source layout back today, but sadly it turned out to be just another hacker attack(congrats AS security system. And you wonder why we have trolls and hackers here...). Anyway, back to topic, I think this layout was really better and we need something new.

In my opinion it looks very organized and clear compared to the current one. Nice colour scheme, more visible borders, all character images in sections are bright and clear(it's great win of Kelsey or great fail of current one), and sled icons instead of paws are much more original.
Some will say that it was taken down because of too much complains, but I only saw complains about the banner, not the layout itself. Hey, did you know that banner can be changed separately? So stop complaining about it just because of banner and let's bring this amazing layout back!

Steet's working on an option for users to change between layouts. Yes, he's been working on it for over a year, and even /I/ will admit he's not doing it fast enough. But he IS working on it; as far as I know, it's the thing he's busy with most right now. So once that option is made, everyone who wishes can look at her layouts not only for Balto Source, but any Source out there, while those who like other layouts can keep whichever ones they like.

I am still in contact with him - whenever he bothers to show up on the World Wide Web. He said he's busy working on it, and there's way more coding involved than he thought, which is why it hasn't gotten up yet.

I'll admit that, when Kelsey's layout was first added, I didn't really care for it. But now I think it should be added again. Looking at it again, it's so much better that the current one.

I suppose it wouldn't hurt to change the layout to make the majority of members happy and wait for the option to change layouts if it ever comes.. Just as long as there's no explosion of layout changes like there was before. Personally, I'm fine with both layouts and like them both, but I found it and still find it in many cases unnecessary to change layouts that look fine without changes needed. It's so very much why steet needs to finish that option to choose layouts, because even if he says he's working on it that could even mean the last time he worked on it was last year for all we know.
