Personality: Billy is very very brave and oftentimes demanding, she's not afraid of a good fight, but wont go willingly into one. She is very outgoing, riding horses a lot and working. She can be sweet and kind, she'll do anything for her son, and loves reading, writing, and a good challenge. She loves her horses.
History: Piper was born in Swindon, Wiltshire, England, to Paul Piper and Mandy Kent. Piper has one younger brother, Charley, and two younger sisters, Harley and Elle. She played Rose Tyler in the British TV Show Doctor Who, was a major hit, then moved to America, she enjoys riding horses nationally and owns an animal shelter, riding stables, and bookstore. She manages it, but rides and takes care of the animals a lot.

Billie got up early, as always, pulling on breeches and a light tanktop, she walked into the living room, finding that David was awake and watching TV, she smiled, patting her tiny son's head. She walked outside, confident in David's ability to not destroy anything and out to the barn, she had put them all to pasture that night, she whistled and her herd, huge, like fifty horses to her, most of them were the riding school horses, but her's lead the herd. She put them all away, catching them one by one and putting them away, she took the Doctor out and saddled him, taking him out to the arena and warming him up for the day, she had an event today, so she left the Doctor after riding him a while to hook up the trailer, dress David from his pjs to clothes and eat something, she got her things together and put Doctor in the trailer, along with David's pony Pilgrim, her colt Debute, and her dogs. She started the truck and they drove down the long driveway towards the show.

Billie arrived at the show, people had horses everywhere, the air was tense, she smiled, she loved horse people. She got out, unbuckling David from his car seat and getting out his pony first, putting a little western saddle on the pony, Pilgrim, David went to the kids arena and he rode around with his friends, she had friends who were always at horse shows who had kids his age. She took the colt out next, leading him out and tying him to the side of the trailer, she had brought him to get him used to the show life. She walked to the back and got out Doctor, saddling him with her jumping saddle, she had a hunter jumper contest today, not three day eventing, which she usually did, but she was confident in Doctor and her's ability, she knew he needed the practice. The dogs all followed at her feet, she bridled him and led him to the practice arena, getting on him with a mounting block and warming him up again, she watched and felt the way he moved, after about five minutes, she stopped, they were ready. She led him back to the trailer to wait for there event, only after checking on David.

The show jumping was called, and all the people flocked in that direction, it was the favorite event of this show, and she was well known, for she competed nationally. Her son rode to the side to watch on his pony. Billie got on the Doctor and walked to his place, she watched the others go, she was last, everyone cheered at the end of every round, but while the riders jumped, everyone was dead silent, for it was beautiful to watch, by the time it was her turn, there was only one clean round, she rode in and got to the beginning of the course, she kicked the Doctor forward, the flew over the first jump, a five foot cross rail, she kept riding she did thirteen other jumps and had a clean round, she waited as they raised the fences for herself and the other rider to have a ride off. Then she was first, she finished with only one fault, the other ride finished with two. She won, but was modest and grateful of it, she never boasted, she was only in it for the horses, it was evident in her riding.

Billie got her trophy and put it in the trailer, putting the horses back into the trailer and buckling David in, she got in the truck, she started to engine and off they drove, as they drove by the orphanage, David asked if they could stop there. "I want a big sister!" he said in his cute little voice, she smiled and parked, walking inside with him, they went to go and see if they could find him a big sister. They walked into a room, where a cute little girl sat in the back, they went to talk to her. "Hi!" David said.

Billie stood back, watching and smiling. David nodded, "Yes please." he said politely, he held a hand out, "I have a pony that looks like this." he said, holding up an appaloosa toy horse, he smiled and made it gallop a little bit, he turned around, pointing at his mom, "That's my mom. We're looking for a big sister for me." he said boldly. Billie stepped forward and smiled.

David went and sat by the older girl, he looked at his mother, eyes pleading, she smiled and walked over, sitting down. "We live and own Ginger Oak Stables." she said, it was the most prestigious riding stable in America, all horse people knew about it, "we are horse people there." she said and smiled, she loved horse people so much and she could tell this little girl was a horse person right off. She smiled, she was perfect really.
