I hate this, I personally find this to be spam. What do I mean? People who use their profile as a shoutbox. Just today some kid said, " ok my show is done now let,s chat".

Kiddies, your profile comments is not a place to have a personal conversation. Comments are to at least say hi, make a compliment or any kind of short message. Yes, sometimes short conversations are generated, but there IS a difference between that and someone who makes conversations on a daily biases on purpose.

Honestly? If you want to chat use the PM system, that's what it's for. Or even make a shoutbox and link it your profile if you want to chat that badly.

But lastly, I think this should be against the rules. Regardless if this is occurring on their profile, it's still spam in my eyes.

This, and I pretty much agree. It's not really a big deal. Annoying doesn't mean against the rules. It's their profiles.
