ok i was chating in the shout box, and poof! i couldn't get back on. I can only get on the form so its not the AS error. any advice?

I've never really heard of this happening before, so I'll just run through a bit of troubleshooting and see if you've tried any of these. To rule them out.
Have you tried:
- Changing your password
- Refreshing your browser page, or restarting it
- Trying another browser
- Trying to log in on another computer (if you have one)
- Waiting a while and coming back later
- Deleting your cache/cookies
I'm sure I missed a few ideas to try, but it's a start. Others will add to the list probably. It may be a glitch, which wouldn't surprise me with all that's been happening with them lately. Hopefully it's just a passing one, or can be fixed easily.
