Gender: female
Looks: Reddish brown hair, with bangs off to her right side. Tends to wear guyish clothes. She is a fox anthro.
Personality: Very shy, unless she knows, and is good friends with, a person.
History: She started out in school and such with no friends, but Rufus befriended her, along with Max. They have been BEST friends ever since. They all look out for each other.
Crush or whatever: Rufus, whom she calls Roo, or anyting simular to that.

Looks: Blackish brown hair, in a sort of bowlcut. He is a red wolf. Wears baggy clothes, usually cargo pants and his favorite old red hoodie.
Personality:Very loud and out there. He is a little overprotective of his friends, and tends to let it show.
History: Was the normal/average kid, and usually stayed out oftrouble. Met Bailey and Max, and became fast friends with both.
Crush or whatever: Bailey.
Extra: text is this nickname can be Roof, but ONLY Bailey mall call him Roo. xD

Looks: Black hair that covers his eyes and forehead. Is a Border Collie, so them floppy ears! x3 He wears mainly black clothing, or dull colors. To kind of blend in. He doesn't TRY to look emo/scene/punk,but he unintentionally pulls it off quite well. xD
Personality: Skittish, even towards family. Likes to hide, and doesn't talk much. He keeps his emotions very well guarded and sometimes refuses to talk to strangers and people that dislike him.
History: He used to hide from everyone, until Rufus and Bailey found and became close friends with him. He is usually seen with them, or completely by himself.
Crush or whatever: none, AT THE MOMENT! :3 he probably will develop one tho!

He's mainly seen in dark blue jeans, a white t-shirt, with a jean jacket ontop. He also wears a shell necklace with a sharktooth on the center.
Personality: He's kind of reserve when he's in a large group but when its just a few people he's very open. He can be very athletic.
History: (if i start it'll get long quick) To cut it short, his parents divorced when he was 8 and lived two years with his alcoholic mother until his father took him away. His father works a lot and is a successful businessman, so Carlos was shuffled around to aunts and uncles often when he was young and his father went on business trips. Now that he's older he can stay home alone but his dad travels just as much and is rarely home, leaving Carlos alone a lot. He's just come to this new school, having just moved from Hawaii so he's still getting into the swing of things.

ummm, start it as around 1st few weeks of school? And maybe Carlos comes in late? though he wouldn't be in their grade, would he? I might bump their ages up a year and call them Sophomores if you want...

Max stared dully at the projection screen at the front of the class. As a sophomore, and a fairly young one, at the age of 14 and a half, he has long realized that its best to shut up and listen to the teacher. And, as he normally would, avoid everyone except for Rufus and Bailey. He smirked as he looked over to the two, sitting next to each other at their lab desk. They had each other, while he preferred to work alone. He glanced at his notes again before staring the teacher down with his icy-blue eyes that peeked out from under his bangs.

Rufus smiled when Bailey came to sit by him when class started, "Hey!" he called. He handed her the worksheet they were to fill out as the teacher gave a lecture on human anatomy. The day's topic was the eye. Rufus also got her a pencil, when he saw her rummaging through her stuf, "It's okay, here," he placed it in her hand. Then he turned his attention to the teacher, but he would glance at her every-so-often during the lesson.

Bailey smiled as Rufus called to her, "Hello, Roo," she sat down next to him. She gratefully took the worksheet, and glanced at the topic. Eyes. Cool! she decided. She looked through her pencil case to find a pencil, or pen, when Rufus caught her attention and gave her one, "Thanks!" she smiled at her best friend. She tried to pay attention to everything in the room, not just the teacher. She was still getting her bearings at the high school.

An anthro collie found himself trekking through the halls of a fairly large highschool with nothing but a book bag on his back and a schedule in his hands. His soft blue eyes bounced from one side to the other as he took in the new environment. He sighed, flicking his tail clueless as he looked at the doors of the various classrooms. "How am i supposed to go to class if i don't know where it is?" he mumbled. He glanced behind him, hoping a teacher would find him and help him, but there was no one in sight. "These halls feel so empty.." he complained, continuing to walk. "Guess you're on your own Carlos.." he groaned to himself.

OOC: let's say the period is over so my 3 can find Carlos? and help him to class, m'kay? :3


Rufus grinned when the bell rung for class. "Let's go, he grabbed Bailey's wrist after she had all of her books tucked under one arm. "Time for our next classsss, then LUNCH!" he wagged his tail. He walked over to Max, tugging Bailey along with him gently. Then he dropped her wrist, as if just realizing he had been holding it. "So Max, you ready for Language Arts?" he asked his other best friend.

Bailey blushed as her best friend tagged her along. She mumbled something under the lines of "Okay," as they walked over to Max. "I am too," she commented at Rufus' question to Max.

"Let's go then," max shifted his eyes to the door, "I don't prefer this class... there's too many illiterate snobs here," he commented, walking to where his eyes pointed. Outside, he bumped into a collie who was glaring at a paper. "Oof!" he grunted as he fell backwards.

Carlos's ears flicked as the bell tolled above him. "Oh no.." he groaned. "What class are they on now..?" He looked around as students began to come out of classrooms. "OOF," he grunted as someone ran into him. He didn't fall over though, his balance was too keen for that. He turned around and found that the person that had run into him had indeed fallen. "Oh hey," he said, flipping his ears back in an apologetic manner. "I'm sorry! You okay?" he asked and held out his hand to help the boy up. "Let me give you a hand.."

Max eyed the other collie carefully, and grabbed his outstretched hand, "Yea, I am... Sorry," he mumbled, turning away as soon as he was standing up soundly. His shyness quickly took over, and he started picking up his books.

"Hey! You're new here!" Rufus yipped to Carlos. "Don't worry about him," he added on, quietly, "He's kind of anti-social. He's alright, though," he glanced at Max. "What's your next class?" he asked the taller, blond collie.

Bailey's eyes flashed with worry, until max was back up again, "Wow," she laughed a little, trying to brighten the mood. She helped Max pick up his random textbooks and notes off the floor. "Here's the notes you just took," she handed them to him. After finishing with that, she stood back up and glanced at Carlos. "Hi..." she said nervously, sticking close beside Rufus, who was already talking to the other boy. "Who's this?" she whispered.

Rufus gave a small shrug in response. "We can help you to your next class, if you'd like..."

Carlos helped the fallen canine up and watched him pick up his books before Rufus yipped at him. He looked over at him. "I honestly..don't know..i'm not sure what period is next.." he said, flipping back his ears and looking down at his schedule. He looked at Bailey and nodded a polite but quiet greeting, noticing her nervousness. Carlos then looked back at Rufus. "That would be great.." he said. "I have no idea where i'm going.." he showed him his schedule.

OOC: they should have at least one class together. xD umm, ELA teacher = Mr. Clarkson? the boring English Coonhound. xD yay names. And English-dog breeds for English subjects! :D x3

"Well it's changing to 3rd period now. We have lunch in between this period and 4th period." Rufus explained, "What's your next class' name?" Rufus glanced at Bailey, and touched her shoulder briefly, as a gesture of, it's okay. Don't be shy. This guy's okay.

Bailey smiled back politely to both Rufus and Carlos. "We have Mr. Clarkson, too," she noted, peeking at Carlos' schedule. "You can walk with us a lot easier since we have the same class!" she wagged her tail softly.

Max turned his attention back to the others, now holding his books carefully, "Well, again I say, let's go!" he chuckled a little, swaying his tail back and forth. He pressed his ears against his head, waiting for someone to start walking down the hall.

"Wow, that sounds great!" Carlos smiled, his tail wagging from one side to another as he looked at the kind people he had just met. "I'll follow you," he said with a nervous chuckle, "Since.ya know. I'm already lost. Wouldn't want to get us all lost," he noted, scratching the back of his head.

"Alright!" Rufus said happily, "Let's go!" he grabbed his crush's hand and made sure she was right by his side in the hallway. "Well, what's your name?" he asked the blond collie behind him, glancing back at him. "I'm Rufus, by the way, and this is Bailey. The shy guy is Max," the red wolf explained his group.

Bailey blushed and mostly stared either straight ahead into the mass of students, or at the ground the whole walk, her ears pressed backwards. "That's right," she looked up for a second. "We're the band of misfits," she laughed lightly.

Max grumbled playfully at Rufus' description of him, "I'm not 'shy guy', I'm 'distant-kid'!" he laughed quietly. Even when he was in a good, joking, mood, he managed to stay pretty quiet.

"It's sure nice to meet you all," Carlos piped with a broad, polite smile. "I'm Carlos." he stated. "And band of misfits? Really?" he chuckled. "Sounds like me and my crew at my old school. We were always the odd ones out." He sighed, thinking about his friends he'd left behind in the move.

"That's a nice name," Bailey glanced at Carlos.


Max nodded, "Yeah, we are. Rufus is the only semi-normal one, me n' Bailey tend to blend into the background," he shrugged, "It's kinda better that way."

Rufus let out a half-frown, "Well, you can join us," he offered, "We wouldn't mind a new member, right?" he looked at Bailey and Max for approval.

"I guess," Bailey shrugged, "What's the difference? Now we'll have two shy creeps and two normal people," she looked at Rufus.

"I don't care," Max looked at the others, "Welcome, Carlos," he smiled slightly.

Carlos smiled shyly when Bailey commented about his name. "Blending in is always a good thing," he added. He perked when they mentioned him joining them. "Joining you guys? You mean it?" His tail wagged back and forth. "That would be so awesome," he yipped with a smile.

"Well, welcome!" Rufus smiled widely, "Now let's go sit down in class. I bet Mr. Clarkson will let you sit by Max, if you ask him. He's pretty nice..." he trailed off, walking into the classroom, to his desk beside Bailey. He rubbed his thumb against her hand before he dropped it, so he could sit down.

Max smiled knowingly at the two best friends, "Alright," he nodded, "I suppose you can sit by me. I promise I won't bite," he smirked, walking to his seat and sitting down. He got out the night's homework, and his notes, ready to jot down all the non-useful things about speech.

Bailey blushed and sat next to Rufus. She took out her daily needs for the class, and spoke quietly to Rufus, "How do you think Carlos will like it here?"

Rufus shrugged, "Pay attention," he lightly chided her.
