I was watching Plunder & Lightning, and at one point, I wondered if there might have been a deleted scene...
When Baloo hides the jewel into Molly's doll, right after, Baloo crashes into junk which makes Molly wake up and calling for them.
But what's the point of that? It doesn't change anything to the storyline. So why did they make Molly wake up?
I have checked, and it's the same in the movie version.
I think there might have been a missing scene which would explain that. (maybe Molly talking to Baloo/Kit before leaving?)
We also don't see the pirates kidnapping Molly/Rebecca but maybe this was on purpose.

There are a couple of scenes missing from each version so maybe. I'm not getting into them but it's not common in films with more then one version.

It'll be fun too make a full one!
