I need people's opinions on a style I should completely keep, because I'm really starting to hate random transitions from style-to-style-to-style. Also, if you'd like, write what you like-or don't like- about it.

I think it would look best between the single-pixel and strong lines. It all depends on the kind of art, though. You might want to use thicker lines for darker characters and thinner-moderate lines for anything lighter.
It's up to you, though.

I personally prefer brush lines, I've never been a fan of pixels.

I can't stand well defined pixels. Brush, free select with a fade, or nothing at all.
