Calling all mutants and super heros. The time has come. We are to retreat, for the modern world doesn't want us anymore. We must go to an island near the shores of England. We are our own species now. We are to shoot into the sky to a potential new earth, we call Hope.
You read this in the paper, quoting the letter that went out to your ancestors. You're the generation who was first born on hope, we are all mutants and super heros, all living together, only legends long forgotten on the Earth.

Quest sat at the top of the mountain, looking at the landscape of his home. His parents had always said that it was crazy. He knew that it was by the holograms he had seen of the old home planet. But, no, this was his home. Hope. He smiled, his dog, Falcon, beside him. He stood, uprooting a rock, he floated through the air on it, Falcon just laying on it still. He concentrated, arms trembling. He grinned, now floating literally above everything.

Gambit sat in the pub, dealing out cards and winning every single game, manipulating the card to his advantage.

Rogue pulled on gloves, she walked into the street, she hated being scared of always hurting people.

Shaggy 2 Dope ~
He answered his phone and leaned against the wall. Pants sagging and his shirt pulled just over his boxers. Time I know what? He said and then thought for a moment. Who is this? He said and Boondox walked by him. He could hear a little girl's voice in the background. It was Kiana's voice. He had never seen or heard from her.

Rogue walked and thought. She thought about how she had been cured. She still wasn't used to the fact. She thought about her son and how he didn't have a father.

Quest glided with the rock, he spotted his mother and let the rock fall, holding himself and his dog too it. He stopped it on front of her, "Hey mom." he said, referring to Rogue.

Gambit was kicked out after he won a bunch and he wandered.

Shaggy 2 Dope ~
After listening in for a while on focusing on the little girl's voice he took out a cigarrette and lit it. Taking puffs and knocking off the tip with his finger. He blew the smoke out the window. Aye look, if you don't hurry up and cut to the god d*mn point I'm gonna hang up. He said and he meant it. Boondox sat down with a beer in his hand and took sips.

Rogue smiled slightly, "Hello Quest." she said, she loved her son very much. He was such a talented kid, of course everyone was here, but he had a power of his own.

Quest grinned, flying on the rock around her, "watch this." he said and pulled his dog up, making Falcon drift in mid air, Falcon tried to swim in the air and Quest laughed, he set his dog on the ground and lowered himself.

Gambit sighed, he walked down the street, spotting his sister and nephew. "Hey." he said, approaching them.

Shaggy 2 Dope ~
He scratched his forhead. If your going to the seminar try to be in the front and we can talk there. He said and talked for a few more moments. While she was thanking him he coughed and said, Yeah whatever. And hung up his phone. He walked over to the fridge and looked for a a cold bottle of water. It was very hot outside.
