Here are my characters. I think I am going to add another, but I'll decide who they are after I see your characters

History: Haley happily lived most of her life vicariously through her best friend, Rose, who seemed to have a perfect life that Haley could never hope for. When the star of the football team took an interest in Rose, Haley encourage the relationship. When Rose and this boy finally started dating, Rose didn't seem as happy anymore. When Haley asked what was wrong, Rose admitted that her boyfriend was changing as time went by. Haley convinced her that it was just a phase and things would get better. A few months passed, and Rose never mentioned the relationship even as Haley noticed the bruises on her arms and the haunted look in her eyes. When Haley pushed the subject, Rose finally shouted to Haley about the abuse and that she should have never trusted Haley to help her make any kind of decision. After that, the two hardly talked again, even after Rose finally got out of the relationship. There is still a lot of silent tension between the two used-to-be friends.
Personality: Haley has a rather tough personality to get used to, but her friends do the best they can. She always tries to do the right thing even when she doesn't necessarily want to, so she often does kind acts with a sour attitude. She never pushes secrets out of people, and will most likely only mention something once. She also only offers to help someone once, and if it is not accepted, she won't offer again. On the outside, Haley tries to seem confident, but she is really insecure and doubtful in her heart. She doesn't want to influence anyone else's decisions, so she tries to avoid emotional talks at all costs. Despite all this, Haley is actually quite trusting of people.

History: Rose's life was simple enough. She could be found in all the honor's classes with amazing grades and fantastic friends. Everything went downhill when she got into a relationship with the star of the football team, who turned out to not be as sweet after the first couple of dates. She wasn't too sure about dating him, but her best friend, Haley, convinced her that he would only make her life better. Unfortunately, a few months into the relationship, he turned out to be controlling and abusive. Rose never said anything to anyone and dealt with it on her own, but Haley soon found out. In a very emotional state, Rose blamed Haley for everything. Now, things are very tense between them since neither will apologize or admit they were wrong. Luckily, Rose is out of the relationship.
Personality: Rose is rather quiet and shy, but she has a very independent nature. She likes to do things herself and refuses help from anyone. She will never admit when she is wrong even though she often makes rash decisions. She is very sweet and lovable and most come to her when they have a problem, but she also hardly ever talks about herself with her friends. None of them, except Haley, now about her past abusive relationship. Although she doesn't trust easily, she gets attached to people and is very emotional. She tries to take on other's suffering so they can be happy, which adds to her very selfless attitude towards everything.

History: Cale originally lived in Texas, but moved during when he was 15 years old. He quickly became friends with this group of teens and later became involved with one of the girls. Their relationship was sweet and adorable and fun, but she soon grew tired of Cale's nonchalant personality. She wanted something more serious, but Cale just wasn't ready for that at the time. Now that she is gone, though, Cale really regrets not putting more of himself into the relationship.
Personality: Cale is almost always chill and hardly ever loses his cool. He likes to makes others smile, especially his close friends. His smirk never leaves his face unless the situation is very, very serious. Cale is also a huge flirt and likes messing with the girls in his group, which some find annoying and others find flattering. Although he is always relaxed, Cale cares a lot about his friends and would give up his life for any of them. Although he thought he couldn't handle something serious before, he really wants to make things right with this girl.

History: Born in the UK, Scotty was raised by a rich aristocratic family. His family at first moved to Nashville, Tennessee, while he was only seven. Then at the age of 15, they moved again. He befriended a boy named James who helped him out of his 'rich snob' persona, and turned him into the handsome heartthrob he is now. They where good friends, Scotty and James, eventually James took an interest in a pretty girl named Rose. Scotty was happy for his friend when they finally started dating. Scotty, met Rose, and he friend Haley on a few occasions, but he never really stuck around. He did befriend the girls, and much to James' surprise, Scotty never flirted when around them. However shortly after, Scotty witnessed James' real personality. He would often be very cruel to Rose. Scotty found it awful and he eventually confronted James. They had a brutal fight, which Scotty won. He walked away, swearing James would no longer be his friend. A few weeks later, Scotty found out James and Rose where done. But when James returned and claimed he had changed, Scotty reluctantly became his friend again, though he tried to stay in touch with Rose and Haley, much to James' dislike.
Personality: Flirty, obnoxious, hot-headed. Thinks he's charming and could win over any girl. Loves being seen as a hero, he thinks girls dig that. Very lazy, he's always in need of motivation, he dislikes working and would rather sit and relax or sleep. When it comes down to it he can be quick on his feet, but that's only in life or death situations. Scotty is very good at taking credit (or blame) for things he didn't do, it's simply second nature to this 'handsome heartache'. He seems like a player, but on the inside, he's a sweet, emotional boy, who really knows how to treat a girl right.

History: James grew up with his younger brother. Everyone sees him as a school hero, and only his little brother knows who he really is. James often threatened Jed, so they boy wouldn't tell anyone. James met a dorky, rich kid named Scott, one day. He became friends with this kid, and started calling him Scotty. He eventually was able to change Scott, into a cooler guy. James was the football star, everyone loved him, and he could have any girl he wished. He however, took to a girl names Rose. They started dating and James change instantly. He was abusive and manipulative. Scotty witness one of James' attacks on Rose, and stepped in. Angered. James attacked Scotty, and was ultimately defeated. humiliated and vengeful. He stayed away from school for awhile. When he came back, he happily re-accepted Scotty as his best friend. and went back to being the football hero.
Personality: A snake. He swoons a girl by being sweet, charismatic, and charming. But once he has her, he becomes cold, cruel, and uncaring. Anyone who tries to get in his way will get hurt. The only person who has ever stood up to him, and won, was Scotty, but no ones knows of that.

History: Draco's father was always encouraging him to explore the unknown, because as a young child he expressed an interest in touring the backyard. Draco always made average grades at school, but he would often get in trouble for not paying attention or breaking the rules. His mother was the strict one, and she always reprimanded him when she received word of these incidents. Not heeding her warnings, Draco became a bit of a rebel. His father, although concerned for his school record, believed it necessary to allow their child's imagination to roam free, and by the time Draco entered high school, it was absolutely untamable. Draco was never the best at making friends, because for one thing, most people became annoyed with his distracted attitude, and for another, he always seemed closed off due to his excessive thinking about the world beyond. He tended to make friends slowly, for he likes people who can keep up with his pace. He is now in his last year of high school, pondering what exactly he could do for a living that wouldn't require sitting at a desk.
Personality: Draco is a hard person to get to know. He often seems set off from the world around him, although that is not how he intends to be perceived. He is a naturally curious teenager with no qualms about breaking the rules to get to the bottom of something. He takes his time to make friends, but he tends to fall head over heels for a crush easily, even if he may not show it at first. Although Draco is not necessarily gullible, he will go to great lengths to satisfy is adventurous personality, and the spunk and vigor with which he explores tends to be a bit contagious.

History: Nothing very significant has happened in Dani's life except that she was once caught in a car accident while her friend was driving the wheel. She hasn't been keen on allowing others to control any situation in her life since then, but she does occasionally allow a nudge in the right direction, because she is not intensely hard-headed and can see she is not alone. Most of her bad attitude started when she was merely a child, and her parents had no idea what had gotten into her. She tends to think she was "born bad", even if she's never done an awfully terrible thing in her life. She makes pretty good grades in school and goes to see a psychologist once every few weeks for her short fuse of a temper.
Personality: Dani is usually a nice person, unless you give her a reason to snap at you. She has an unusually short patience meter, and she is also very prone to getting mad. She hates feeling hatred towards anyone, though, and tries to be as nice as she can possibly be. Dani is a pretty innocent girl in the sense that she hates to break rules and doesn't like getting stuck in sticky situations. She's alright at making friends so long as they learn to ignore her short temper. She's an independent girl who doesn't like being told what to do, but if you nudge her in the right direction, she'll be sure to follow the path you set for her.

Personality: Shy, timid, quiet, soft spoken. She never tries to get attention and never seeks out trouble. She gets attached to people and is very soft hearted.

Bic:// Haley tugged her english notebook out from under her over-sized history book, groaning in frustration at her lack of organization. Rose had always been the neat one, and this mess of a locker was only one of many negative affects the broken friendship was having on Haley. It had been nearly a month since their falling out, but Haley still felt as if a part of herself was missing. She shoved her locker shut, having to push on it in order to click it closed. She started walking down the hallway to her last close of the day.



Rose sat down in the back corner of the classroom, the first and only one there as usual. She had her physics book opened to the chapter they were about to have a quiz one, reviewing the formulas she would have to know. All her teachers knew by now not to come over to see if she had any questions since Rose never seemed to have even a single one. As the students finally started to file into the classroom, most of them either discussing practice problems or cheating methods, Rose only glanced up from her book for a moment before ducking her head back down.



Cale sauntered into the library, quickly making his way to the couch set up on the far right side of the large room. He sprawled out on the comfy leather, relaxing into the cushions and closing his eyes. Normally, having late peroid free, Cale would be driving home at this time in the day, but he had a schedualed get together with his friends and didn't want to go home for twenty minutes before getting back in the car to drive out to Haley's. Taking a short nap in this room of books suited him better at the moment.

James was making his usual 'rounds'... Meaning he had been caught, more than likely by his own accords. He had been in a fight. A few minutes ago, a jock had tested him to the breaking point. Whatever it was about James couldn't remember. All he could recall is that he had slammed the jocks books right into his face, their where some punches, a hit, a face slammed into a locker door, a broken nose, then the teachers finally pried James off the other teen. James was definitely top dog. Most knew better than to mess with him. There was only one person who had ever beaten James... his best friend, Scotty Ruine. Both boys, had however, agreed to keep that confidential.



Lucy was at her locker, gathering her things quickly, the locker was neat and organized. So it was easy for her to gather up her things. She then sighed, and walked swiftly to her next class. She pulled her hair up into a ponytail to escape the heat. One perk about being on the softball team, she got out off her least favorite classes... down side, she got all hot and sweaty. She paused when she heard a crash. She then peeked around the corner and found her friend Scotty, he had knocked over a book cart.

"Scotty..." Lucy called quietly, he looked at her quickly and smiled, gathering his things and hurrying after her.

"Let's go, now!" he whimpered, darting off with Lucy close behind. Lucy found herself never having a dull moment when she hung out with Scotty.

"What did you-"

"-Just keep walking!" he interrupted before they both ducked into their class.

Draco had been lounging by his locker during the time between classes, tapping his foot out of habit. It was something he could not shake off, basically because he had so much energy contained that this was the smallest way to let it out. He looked up from his dream-like state as his eyes caught the sudden lack of people in the hallways. He smirked, remembering the oh-so-familiar routine he always took towards the end of the day. Get out of his second to last class, lounge by his locker, wait until the halls emptied up, then grab his books and head to the last class of the day. It was just easier like that. Besides, after being awake for nearly eight hours, who needed the hassle? He quickly closed his locker after he had swiped his history book and headed to class.



Dani's last class was something that she rather loved, mostly because it was an easy way to get her frustrations out. Just bringing out her sketchpad and simple graphic pencils, Daniella made her way to art class, smiling as she walked. Her serenity was something that was apart of her, even if it was seldom seen. Art usually brought that out of her, not because she was such an artistic person, but merely because if she was angry, she could always splatter some paint on a canvas and pretend it was her aggression.

Haley had just sat down near the back of the classroom when she heard a loud crash from outside the room. She, along with the other students, stared out into the hallway through the classroom door until the source of the comotion hurried inside, dragging Lucy behind him. Haley shook her head at Scotty, saying, "Can you go anywhere without causing a raucous?"



Rose quickly put her book away as the bell rang. The teacher wasted no time handing out the test, which turned out to be a very thick pack of papers. As she recieved her exam, Rose clicked on her calculator and began jotting down the first equation.



Cale grew bored of laying around the library fairly quickly, finding himself less sleep now that history class was in the past. He slowly stood up from the couch and strolled out of the library, wandering the halls as the bell rang and late students sprinted to their classes. Finding nowhere particularly inetesting, Cale decided to walk into the nearest room which happened to be the art room. By a stroke of luck, he spotted Dani already there with her sketchbook and pencils. He walked over to take the seat beside her. "What you working on?" he asked her.

Ooc:// Sorry about the crappy post. Been really tired and stressed lately and have no muse...

OOC: Oof, I have an idea that will twist things even more. xD *is afraid Rose will kill me* LOL.

Dani snapped out of her reverie when she noticed Cale sitting next to her. Feeling momentarily started, she gave the slightest of jumps before laughing under her breath. "Nice entrance," she commented, and to answer his question, she looked down at her sketchpad - which revealed something close to a footprint, thus far - and then turned back with a smile. "Don't know yet. Want to stick around and find out?" With a momentary pause, she gestured to the empty seat next to her. A lot of people avoided her in art, preferring not to spark her temper. Her good friends, and certain special people, however, were usually not in the hot zone that was her impatience. "Go on; try your luck at the arts," she joked, smiling broadly.

Ooc: *is intrested in Hunter's idea* lol XD

Scotty looked at Haliey and grinned. "Well of course, I could but what's the fun in that?" He asked teasingly. He always seemed to get into trouble.

Lucy just sighed, shook her head, and rolled her eyes.

(Sorry for short posts, didn't have much to work with XD)

Bic:// Haley giggled in disbelieve in Scotty's view on what counts as boring. "Just sit down before you get into trouble," she said with a roll of her eyes, a grin still on her face. She motioned with her hands for the two of them to take a seat, glancing at the teacher's annoyed look and tapping impatient toe as she tried to shoo Scotty and Lucy into desks.

Cale chuckled at Dani, scooting out the seat next to her and sitting down. "I would love too," he said with more exuberance than was called for. With a smirk still on his face, he put a hand to his chin and rubbed the stubble there was he squinted his eyes at her drawing, faking deep thought on the lines there. "It sort of looks like a Christmas tree. You know, if you squint your eyes a bit and tilt your head." He nearly closed his eyes and turned his head almost completely on to his shoulder to show his prove. He laughed, then, to show he was only teasing. He snatched up a piece of paper from across the desk and grabbed the pencil that had been perched behind his ear. "Lets hope I get lucky," he said sarcastically as he started to draw something, covering it up with his arm so Dani couldn't see.

Ooc: That does sound like a good Idea! It should be fun, since James is Rose's EX.. and he's all... "Big bad scurry" james lol

Scotty looked quickly at the teacher, fortunatly she liked Lucy, Scotty not so much.. but they where able to get away. After Scotty returned Haley's grin, both teens went to take a seat.

OOC: Oh my gosh, awesome! And I have an awesome crush brewing here. Mwahahah.

Danielle, who would usually snap at someone had they done what Cale just did, merely laughed along with him. It was different with people she knew... people she trusted, liked as real friends. It felt nice to be around people that brought out the best her there was. She could even feel one or two stares crossing her back as her quiet laughter penetrated the artsy silence. There weren't many students who both did not know her and had heard her being absolutely joyful in bliss before. At least, that's what it sounded like. When her small laugh quieted down a bit, she put the eraser's end of the pencil to her lips, pondering what she should make of such a strange drawing. When it came to her, she smiled. "I know just what it'll be," she announced to Cale. "I'll call it..." she took a minute to think. "Footprints in the sand! How's yours coming along?" She peeked over at his piece of paper.
