I was just wondering what kind of dog Star is. I asked some of my friends and none of them know. I may not beable to tell 'cause I'm a ditz, though. So if anyone can help me out, it will be much apreciated!!

I think he's just a particulary scrawny Siberian Husky.

Yeah I think that he is probably a Siberian husky but was the runt of the litter.

Thanks all! One of the reasons I wanted to know is because I'm in the process of writting a fanfic. about Balto's past and am going to do some of the other dogs' past, too. (Star is one of them!)

he looks very husky to me...don't know why but he does.

hmmm on balto home they say the white wolf is a boy,and star is one ugly husky...

hmmm, i thought husky, whatever he is he is funny and a little odd...

In my opinion,he is part husky and part of some breeds that is small and short-haired.

I think Star is an Alaskan Husky. Alaskan Huskies are slimmer than Siberians and they can also have short fur, which Star seems to have (at least, less than the others). They have long legs in comparison to their bodies and small paws. Look at this photo I found. The one lying down looks very similar to Star, not counting color.
