Kay, Solo you wanna start or shall I?

Momentum sat at the base of a tree, watching her sister Rocket tie a piece of string to a stick. She rolled her eyes and yawned; today had been an oddly peaceful one- her sister hadn't yelled at her yet, she hadn't been shot at. It was a good day for her.

"No...no- ye- no! Oh I so had you! You better come back here an-" Rocket began, her blond hair a relatively tangled mess.

"There's a gas station nearby, Ace." Momentum said, pointing behind her.

Rocket turned to glare at her, her eye twitching. "Why didn't you tell me that before?!"

"Because I like to see you curse out fish. By the way have you seen Leto?"

Rocket thought for a moment before shrugging.

At an uncharted ranch, in the middle of the massive forest nearby, a sandy blonde boy was dozing in a hammock. He had sandy blonde hair, with darker brown streaks in his hair. He was fifteen, and had brilliant electric blue eyes, which where closed why he slept.

Another teen came walking up. He was a shorter fellow, with an average build, not very muscular. He had ginger red hair which was spiked in the front. he stopped and grinned at his sleeping friend. "Riiiiiidddddgggggeeee!!!" he sang softly. "Ridge! Ridge! Ridge! Chris Roukuro!-"

"Archie I swear, if you ever call me by my real name again..." Ridge sat up and glared at his friend. "I'll kill you!" he smirked. Archie just rolled his eyes.

Momentum stood and jumped back just in time to have Leto jump from the tree and land where she had just been. Leto was all and lanky with orange-brown hair and pale blue eyes. He turned nad looked in Momentum's general direction- he was blind.

"She didn't catch anything." he muttered.

Momentum shook her head, her dirty-blond hair slipping over her shoulders. She chuckled and ducked when Rocket through her makeshift fishing line at her.

"Shut up!" she snapped.

Rocket and Momentum were tins, Momentum older by an hour. There were significant differences between them:

Rocket was shorter and skinnier. Her hair was platinum blond, her hair tipped black. Her eyes were a sharp green and her skin was tanner than her sister's.

Momentum was taller and mure muscular. Her hair was longer and stopped at the bottom of her shoulders. Her eyes were a soft violet and her skin was a few shades lighter.


"Can we just get somethign to eat?!" Rocket demanded.

"C'mon Ridge! It's almost time to eat!" Archie said, bouncing excitedly. Archie was ten, a few years younger then his teenage friend. Ridge sat up, his hair falling into his eyes, he flipped his head to clear is vision.

"You can go ahead Archie!" Ridge yawned, stretching. "I'm going for a walk." he said standing and cracking his back again.

Momentum and Leto agreed to head to the gas station, Rocket staying back to watch for anything. Momentum led Leto into the gas station, holding his hand so he looked more like the average blind. Leto didn't need anyone to help him. His ears could pick up the objects as wind blew past them.

"Can I help you both?" the man behind the desk asked.

Momentum turned to smile at him. "No thanks."

Leto picked up a bag of chips. "Can we get these ones?"

Momentum raised an eyebrow. "Since when do you like crab seasoned chips?"

Ridge walked for awhile until a low growl made him swerve around. Standing before him was a massive Siberian Husky. It snarled and flattened it's ears.

"Really Spritz?!" Ridge groaned. This dog belonged to one of the locals, but he liked freedom, and had a love hate relationship with Ridge. The dog lunged and the boy yelped turned and barreling off, Spritz in hot pursuit.

Leto looked up at the sound of the barking. "Dumb dogs..." he grumbled.

"Animal hater..." Momentum muttered.

He laughed and rolled his eyes. "They're annoying creatures."

Momentum glanced at the guy behidn the desk- he wasn't there. She stuffed a few bags fo chips and another few sodas into a backpack and began her walk out, but somethign grabbed her shoulder.

"Nice try." the man snickered.

Momentum smirked and grabbed his hand, twisting it backward till she heard a sickening crak. She kicked him back adn led Leto out of the gas station, nearly getting hit by cars on the way.

"We gota go!" Leto shouted, Rocket runnig nafter them.

"Spritz! Leave me alone!!" Ridge huffed, by now the dog no longer had an aggressive stature. Now he was just having fun, chasing the boy. Ridge happened to slip out of sight. Spritz paused and stood silently.

Ridge continued to run, getting a chill when one of Spritz's eerie howls sounded.

Momentum glanced back to make sure that Leto and Rocket were following her. When she turned to look forward, she slammed into Ridge, stumbling backward and landing hard on the ground. "Ow! Gosh!" she yelped, holding her nose, her hands red.

Leto and Rocket skidded to a stop behimd her, Leto bending down to help her to her feet. "Just shake it off." he shrugged before glaring in Ridge's direction.

Ridge fell back onto the ground, he groaned and sat up, blinking slowly. Something that sounded like a horse could be heard before Spritz galloped out into the open. But the dog stopped next to Ridge as they both looked at the other teens.

Rocket helped Momentum up to her feet, staring wide eyed at her bloody hands.

"What happened?" Leto asked, looking in Rockets general direction.

"Mentum ran into some dude...go ta bloody nose." Rocket replied.

Leto began to chuckle, "I wish I'd seen that!" he grinned.

Momentum tilted her head back some. "Shut up."

Ridge hauled himself up to his feet. "Sorry." he said with a smirk and a shrug. He technically didn't see it as his fault, she ran into him.

Spritz wagged his tail happily and barked in greeting to the strangers.

Momentum shook her head. "S'not your fault...I ran into you." she muttered.

Rocket rolled her eyes. "Yeah yeah it's nobody's fault. Can we go now before something worse hapens?!" she asked.

"You sure, you're okay?" Ridge asked carefully, seeing her hands where covered with blood.


Spritz happily galloped around the group. Stopping behind Rocket.
