ok, some people have been wanting to show our genders with the male and female signs( which i also want), know i want to see who else wants this information diplayed

Some of that I don't mind sharing, but where I live(unless it's just the state or country) and my real name I don't and I won't share. I thought there was a field for all those though, including the real name. Maybe that was another forum I was on...

Totally I hate it when you don't know how old people are you are talking to and we already have the one for where you live and Gender is important and real name don't see the harm

I personaly like the idea of gender and age. Where you live doesn't really matter to me. Sorry, but I won't be giving out me real name, at least for now. For one it can be a security issue, the other is since my love of Balto is still a secret I don't want to take a risk. My friends and family wouldn't really care, but there are some real jerks at my school, and if they got wind of this I would never here the end of it

I don't like the idea of the age. To me everyone should talk with everyone else equally, no matter the age. I don't see any point in knowing the age. It would just make most people lying about it.
I'm OK with the genders, though. Definitely not for the real name and address (besides for the address, you already have the area "location" if you want to put your real address).
I think I'll install the gender mod, but not anymore.
Mods cause problems when you change the version of the board, and I don't want to have more work just for little things like that - I already spent two weeks only working on the website in my free time, so I want to slow down things a little...
