Questions belong on the main sites.

You need a program as gimp or photoshop. Draw them on a transparent background.

I've been wondering too, i know how to make them. I just don't know what format to save it in, i save all my stuff in a .PNG format, and it always pops up on a black background. And when i try to save it in the .gif format. It mess's up the color of my drawing. So, by any chance would you know the format to save it in??

The site can't handle a PNG file, that's why it turns out black.

Baka. JPEG's don't retain their alpha channels.
