Animation Source Forums

Looks like I finally joined, eh? Or re-joined, rather. I was here probably this same month last year, or maybe it was January? I didn't stick around much, and eventually left.

Heya folks, it's me Aaron, maker of 'Keeping Up with Thursday'.

I joined Animation Source's forums to be apart of it, which I'm proud to even have a partnership with AS to help promote my comic on the Links section. :3 Actullay, I think, Steet and I were to post regular updates with each other. I haven't heard from him in close to a month since the last one, LOL, so now I figured the best way to reach him was to up and join the site myself.

Anyways, I hope your holidays are all going swell, and I'd love to talk shop and meet new friends here. :3

This was probably the only forum on AS I had a feeling Steet would actually be on, so I came here to reach him as opposed to the main AS boards themselves. On that note, and not to make my Welcome thread - too completely - off-topic, I just wanted to say that the TaleSpin fancomic you guys have been doing is really, really superb and pretty awesome looking so far! I've been giving tips to Steet over on The Old Haunt, one of the fan-forums for Disney's Darkwing Duck, and have been keeping tabs of it's progress on deviantArt/furaffinity for quite some time.

If I weren't so compact with my schedule for KUWT and my plans to really spread it out, I'd love to offer any help you guys would require. Since my induction to AS, I've been getting a lot of positive (if not always, but still positivie) feedback about my comic and have been gaining some traction on art sites, so I have Steet and Animation Source to thank for it's success.

That said, it's a pleasure to meet you all. :3

I have fond recollections of TS, though my main forte has been for the last years or so, An American Tail or Great Mouse Detective, so hopefully Steet and a couple of big fans I know will be able to convince him to include it on AS. ;3

Still glad that it allowed your comic to get more popular.

I hope it's not too late to ask for another update about my comic? I hate badgering you about it, since I know you are probably most likely busy.

The last page to Issue 4 ended back on December 5th, and the last two pages for a bonus important filler comic is due right on time for Christmas. Probably around the 23rd, at best, because I'm going to be with family. Issue 5 begins on January 6th.

I told my friends who love a lot of the cartoons you're housing fan sites about with AS, and it seems like they might be interested to join here. Hopefully for KUWT as well as much as An American Tail/Great Mouse Detective.

I'm not home currently, will see what I can do when I come back.

Yeah, a lot's been going on right now. I was hoping to contact you since Thanksgiving, but I didn't hear from ya on the Old Haunt, so... I almost thought you were dead, lol.
