I've noticed that a lot of members seem to ignore the fact that Animation Source is a fan site. I realize It has been a problem for awhile, but here's what I don't get. Members who get their cheated images validated. What do I mean by cheated? The
ratio. The
1:4 ratio still exists. And just to clarify, I'm not complaining about the fact that members ignore the ratio, it's the
FIRST image that I find most annoying. I don't expect the mods to baby sit everyone's gallery. That's the user's responsibility.
"The minimal number of images required for official The Aristocats characters is currently 1 out of 4.
The first image you will send has to be an official The Aristocats image."These are the possibilities:
. The image isn't related to the source.
(Renders, adoptables, blank renders). The image is a render of the person's character with an official character in the background.
. The image is a blank render or is a render of their character with the Balto icon for example.
Now, let's take a look at what the rules say about sending in images again.
"The first image you will send has to be an official The Aristocats image."The word I see before me is "
OFFICIAL." Meaning, from my perspective, that image must be related to the source you're sending that submission to.
For example. That's what I would consider an official image. An official image does NOT mean take an image,
such as this one, and add a bunch of renders of your characters to it. That doesn't make it official. Why? Because your characters have nothing to do with the film. Just because Kenai, or whoever it may be, doesn't make up for it.
