I get the feeling no one will post considering how small the show's fanbase is, but it's worth a shot. Anyone seen it? Aired in the early 2000s, I used to watch it on Saturday mornings on WB Kids at my grandparents' place.

An infiltration unit (robot built to disguise itself and sneak in to high security places to eliminate its target),
after finding out someone he was sent to destroy was innocent, wishes not to kill anyone anymore.
While on the run from government agents who think he's gone rogue, he meets a troubled runaway teen.
With her help, they journey to find his creators, in hopes they will believe him,
and convince the government that he means well and will gain his freedom from it.
