I'm not sure if this has been covered before, but I noticed I'm not able to post in off-topic areas such as "Forum Games" and "Films". All it lets me do is post a new thread. Is it a post count issue?

Quite new here. *blushes*

Questions belong here. http://www.animationsource.org/hub/en/questions/

And forums games don't give you a post count, but the other sections do. This has happened to me before. I think it's a glitch.
