If Mufasa had lived, what would you think have happend? Would Timon and Pumbaa still be in the movie? Would Mufasa had forgived Scar, or would he have him exiled? Would Adult Simba turn to Scar? (Random XDXD) What's your oppinion?

If he had lived there wouldn't be a Lion King! The story would just show life for Simba growing up without having to face any challenges or obstacles to find his true position in the "circle of life" and that wouldn't be any fun now would it?  And no Timon and Pumba wouldn't be in the movie either.

Yeah, if Mufasa had lived then probably nothing would have happened that did in the movie, and possibly even the sequel. Kiara might still be born, but that's one of the few things that could probably stay the same. Mufasa's fate is probably the most important factor(other than Simba's) in how the timeline would get affected, in my opinion.

Personally I think if Mufasa had lived he would have searched for Simba himself and in the scene with the battle Mufasa would have sacrificed himself to kill Scar.

If Mufasa had survived the fall... He probably would have exiled his brother and then had the entire pride search for Simba.

If Scar had failed to kill Mufasa because he survived the fall, Mufasa probably wouldn't forgive him. Scar would be exiled and Simba would grow up to be king, never meeting Timon and Pumbaa Although I love Mufasa, his death set up the whole movie

If Mufasa had lived, NOTHING was going to happen in the movie, only the possibly exile of Scar and Simba growing up to be the new king.

For the whole circle of life thing to work you have to see both sides to life and death it is what makes it all work that way. I mean no one lives for ever do they. One way or another Mufasa would have had to have died for Simba to have become king!! Lisa
