Plot: This is a pack that's been struck with tragedy over and over again. Their several encounters with hunters have forced them to become an escaping nomad pack, having to hide many times in rival pack's territory just to be kicked out, they have been reduced to half of the population and as if that wasn't enough, the alpha couple were hunted down by humans. Being the next in line for the pack's leadership, Jack has to take command of the dying pack, but as a valuable member of the pack, the only wolf his parents ever let him see and talk to was his father's right hand and Jack's mentor. Since he is young and unexperienced, there is more than one wolf that thinks he can't and shouldn't be leading the pack, and many young wolves are starting to feel envy for Jack's position, some wolves are secretly planning to dethrone him, some want him expelled, some wolves from the pack are even plotting with rival packs to take Jack out, only a few wolves trust him and as the natural course of life goes, he is starting to have feelings towards Luna, a popular, kind hearted shewolf from the pack.

Now, Jack must lead a pack full of unkown wolves and face envy, plots to take him down, the distrust of the pack, hungry and angry pack members, attacks from rival packs, hunters and all with his mind busy with all of his new feelings and dealing with all the attention Luna gets from all the other young wolves. Will he be able to balance his feelings with his duty? Will he have to choose bewtween one of them? Will he die, quit or be banned from the pack? And the biggest question, will he be able to stop the imminent doom of the pack?

Note: I didn't give names for the mentor and the shewolf because whoever wants to play them, gets to choose their name, after someone has picked those characters I'll change their names in the plot. The mentor can be female or male, again it's your call

-3 line posts minimum. Although I understand and will allow some short posts as long as they make sense with the story.

-You can choose to be from a rival, neutral or friendly pack and also be against or in favor of and can be plotting too even if you're from another pack.
-You can create 1 human character, but don't create too many, they won't be too necessary (although you could play an activist, a vengeful hunter...I don't know, you can get as creative as you want )

Personality: He is kind and friendly and enjoys conversating with his mentor , altough due to his lack of contact with other wolves when the time comes to meet the rest of the wolves, he is shy and quiet since he has never socialized outside his family.

Personality: Brandy is very hot-headed and has her own problems to deal with half the time. She doesn't care for what the pack goes through and usually only sticks around because she is so young and because they give her easy access to food. She is not one for friendly conversation, and can come off as a bit cold. Though she has a soft, caring side that only a few see, and does not have a problem for standing up in what she believes in.
History(Optional): Brandy was born in the pack while it was on the move, so she didn't have a 'normal' puphood. She had a brother that was killed by a hunter and that turned her indifferent to whatever was to happen from then on. He father would regularly beat her. Once the alpha's died she didn't care much, but noticed the constant flow of food was slowing and the pack was moving constantly. She ran away at one piont, simply to be free, and live her own life. When she turned two she came back to the pack and noticed a new, young wolf in charge. She's heard a lot of hate a rumors about him, but really, she's...Indifferent.

Personality: Draco isn't one to judge lightly. He can hold hostile grudges his whole likfe, over something as simple as a stolen chunk of meat. She's very gruff and intimidating and "He's the spitting face of evil" Quote's Brandy. Draco is very ambitious, and even though his ways of becoming leader may be twisted and wronge, in the end he only wants what's best for his pack
Histor: Draco was born in the pack and had two sisters. He was always fond of the idea of leadership and would spend hours talking and listening to the past leaders as a pup. Once he was 3 years of age he and Jack’s Father competed for leader. Draco was stronger, and faster the Jack’s Father, but the former leader saw evil in him and shunned him away. This made Draco bitter. The once confident, ambitious wolf was turning into a monster. Over the years he fell in a light, touch and go, relationship with one of the Pack’s females, only to find his offspring (Brandy) a disappointment and failure. He never cared for his daughter and never got to know her. The only time he paid her any mind was when he was bating the senses out of her. He was already old when the pup was born and had no patience for her. He was outraged when Jack was crowned alpha, he plans on killing him.

Position towards Jack: In favor secretly, but around her brother she follows what he does.
Personality: Luna is a very kind hearted wolf. She's also very romantic and gentle. She's not the best fighter in the pack, but she's really good at hunting. Luna mostly stays around her brother Apollo, who tries to keep her out of harm.
History (Optional): Luna was born with her older brother Apollo. They didn't know their parents long because they were killed off by hunters. Soon Luna was known to be the she wolf of the pack. All males seemed to want to be around her, and se loved being so popular. But sometimes her brother got in the way because he just wanted to keep her safe. Luna always thinking he acts more like a parent than a brother. But she loves him greatly. They also spend the most time together. When Jack was assigned leader, she wasn't that fond of it at first and followed how her brother acted to Jack. But soon Luna thought it was wrong to hate him, and she secretly didn't want to kick him out of the pack, even though she acted like she did.

Personality: Apollo is a very strong wolf and would make a great leader. He’s very mature and knows what’s best. But Apollo is very protective over his sister Luna. He’d risk his life for her anytime. He’s always by her side and she’s always by his. But Apollo can be very quick tempered. He can easily start a fight with just his attitude getting off hand. He’s also very brave and cunning. He’s not afraid to tell others what he’s thinking. He’ll fight tell he gets his way.

Personality: Calm, witty, mostly introvert soul. He tries his best to be indifferent and to not get into all the drama going around, but it doesn't always work. Though he is a kind and wise wolf, and always ends up thinking about past times when life of their pack was calm and safe.
History(Optional): He was an only pup that survived after being born, so his parents were in deep depression most of the time, and that was the reason why he grew up to be slim and very weak. As he 9 months old he left his parents and traveled around the forest as a loner. He was getting weaker and weaker every day until he reached the territory of Jack's father's pack. One of the females took him in, fed him, and raised him as a strong and big wolf. From then, he stayed there, and promised to stay forever.

Position Towards Jack: Befriend/Favor [Although many within the pack believe he wants Jack killed due to his silence]
Personality: Shade, like his name may suggest, is a very mysterious canine. It's extremely difficult to gain his trust and nearly impossible to figure what he's thinking about. He's not a shy type at all - in fact it's rather easy for him to speak out. However, he prefers to go by the term 'The less you know the better' when it comes to other wolves, for he knows much more than he should. Staying quiet has it's advantages, and from his past experiences, he's been able to pick up bits and parts of information which he pieces together with ease. He has a growing sense of intelligence, and often gives off the air of being both evasive and wise. He gets along with other dogs, however if you've never met him before you may see him as cold and uncomfortable. Perhaps his biggest flaw is being afraid of small spaces. He likes room to roam and if he is put somewhere where he feels 'blind' [sense wise], he could lose his composure completely. He will proudly stand by his family and trusted friends, defending them with his life if need be.
History [Optional]: No one is positively sure where Shade came from, since he never discusses it openly. However, it is said that he was born somewhere far from the place where this wolf pack roams. He was abandoned by his parents due to a raging blizzard and hunters on their trail. He nearly died from starvation and cold exhaustion, but since some of the hunters found him, he was taken in and sheltered for a while. Their original idea was to train him to hunt his own kind; they were sick and twisted that way. However, once Shade's ears budded and he began to listen, he started noticing their words and eventually ran off. This is what's said to have sparked his unerring ability to act like a shadow, listening carefully and not having to say a word.

Other [Optional]: He receives a lot of backlash from some of Jack's followers due to his appearance/personality. He always seems to be conspiring, thinking of things. Therefore, many canines mistake it for plotting against him.

I could make Shade a sort of mentor to Jack if you want. It would kinda fit his character a bit. XD

Jack walked in circles, thinking about what he should do now. It all happened so fast that the fact that his parents were dead still didn't hit him. Naturally he was the next in ine to lead the pack, but how could someone lead a pack of unkown wolves and with no experience at all? He wasn't ready to be the leader of a pack, specially a pack that so desperately needed someone to lead them out of their current situation. There were just too many problems to solve, they needed a steady home far from hunters, solve problems with rival packs, find food for the pack, and Jack simply didn't feel ready for such situation. He stopped walking and stared at a clear path in front of him and thought about running away, that'd be easier anyway but after some time of thinking he realized that would just be wrong. He sighed, there was no choice but to try to be the best leader possible.

Shade's golden-yellow eyes could have blended in easily with the trees, had they not been such a piercing shade. His body, however, was nothing but the contour of a canine. His pelt suited his surroundings perfectly, morphing Shade so that he was barely visible; only a very well trained eye could see him now. His whole form remained still as he watched the future leader carefully. Jack, Shade had known him as. Although the wolf had been sheltered as a pup, so very few knew his name before a few days ago. Shade noticed the teenager pacing back and forth, obviously in distress. He felt an obligation to ask what was wrong, but stayed put due to his true nature.

With the tiniest flick of his tail, he began to move. Slowly but surely, he made his way to another part of the thick forest, digging absently as he listened for the sounds around him. Jack himself didn't seem to be muttering anything. The only noises he made were that of his paws shuffling on the ground. All the others were being released by birds or the other pack members somewhere further off. With a sigh, he decided that perhaps it was best if he see what was wrong. Obviously, Jack wasn't one of those wolves who 'talked out their problems' or merely spoke to themselves. He probably kept situations to himself, or thought about them instead. And Shade knew all about that.

A careful step forward shattered Shade's imperceptive hiding spot. He was suddenly half visible, coming out of the trees and into the clearing that Jack took up. Since Shade didn't know this wolf too personally, he kept quiet at first, waiting to study his reaction before planning out how to use his tongue to his advantage. His eyes glazed through the somewhat chilly current of air. His fur felt glorious at the sudden breeze, and he breathed in deeply to allow the full extent of the elements in. Once the breeze passed, he opened the pair of eyes he had shut seconds ago and looked straight at Jack. What's wrong? A clear message through expression.
