Tybee whimpered as he was thrown into a cage. His shoulder hurt from the impart, and he trid to warn away anyone else by growling.

Mackenzie snapped at the hands that tried to put him into the cage. He didn't want to go inside of it, and they would have abit of trouble if they wanted to test him.

Tybee sniffed around and noticed the other three dogs, "Hi....?" he called out softly, "Th'name's Tybee..."

Mack was finally put in the cage. He shook out his fur, "Really? I'm Mackenzie, but y'all call me Mack."

"Who named ya?" Mack asked.
"Nice names," Tybee responded, trying to at least have some allies.
"Anyone wanna know why I'm here? If we're gonna be stuck here we might as well chat..." Mack offered a tale.
"Sure, I can explain my past next," Tybee agreed.
"Okay," Mack started, "I used to be someone's loyal guard dog... I had a human, who was a pup, and she was the one I had to protect... but her fathr wanter some money and shipped me here..."

"Okay," Tybee said, "I was someone's pet too, but they also abandoned me... I wasn't anything special..."

"Oh, so we all kind of had the same past... nice owners and nice lives, but then somethingbad happened and we all got abandoned, in a way..." Tybee pointd out.
Mackenzie nodded.

"What do we do now...?" Mack thought aloud.
"I have no clue..." Tybee said.
