X333! OMG, lol stop..... who cares, they just put the punctuation after the quotes, no big deal. I think its pretty useless trying to tell people to change it because grammar is one thing no one can get a hold on.

Oh well!!  It's been really bothering me!! ANd I wanted to just say it. How can you not be able to do a simple thing like use proper grammar and quotes??  It is this simple="(text)!" Because it bothers me so when people do this, as I said earlier, and I said no offence. Dis is what I am talking about="(text)"!
