Am I allowed to just go ahead and create an official improvement topic for the fan art section on the forums? I'm just a little overwhelmed by the word "improvement" showing up in a thousand topic names on there.

You mean, now that there are fifty thousand "improvement" topics in the Balto fan art board? (For which I understand the motivation by each person, but REALLY. Sheesh already. Looks like we've got another runaway trend happening.)

I don't know why folks cannot simply discuss their individual improvement in existing topics they may have done about their art previously. And if they haven't done any, well then I guess that would be a reason to start a new topic IF it seemed relevant enough. I just dread the idea of the board being filled up with those topics...

There used to be a great improvement topic that Penny made. Maybe I could just find that and post in it again to get people to only post in that topic for once, instead of just making a new topic concerning their own individual improvement.

I agree with the the fact that improvement topics are taking over the fanart section. If you can find Penny's topic you should suggest that topic to be a sticky.
